“Mobile orders only” in the drive thru. So I placed a mobile order while sitting there. The girl rudely asked me to park and do it 5 times. I told her I’d park if someone pulled up behind me. She said I had to park because I was running up her time. I’ll worry about your time when you worry about taking my order. In the amount of time she spent trying to get me to park while no one was behind me she could’ve just taken my order. Ridiculous - about 7:30pm 07/18

I never eat McDonald’s and don’t prefer it because of the food and the staff are always a gamble. This location however has a great staff with people who actually greet you! Candace and Shamira really have made a difference for me. I come through 2 or 3 times a week and actually like their food now that I gave it a chance. Thanks Candace and shamira! You’re the only reason I was willing to give it a try and come back!

If I could give a 0 star I would. Every time I come to this place it’s always something. I went there today for my last time as I will never step foot in such a poorly run establishment again. I paid 15$ for breakfast this morning and turned out I got about 8$ worth of food with the wrong order. If you do not want to ruin your day stay as far away from this place as possible. How this place is still in operation amazes me as they always have an attitude, makes customers wait for hours, and all together does not know how to run a business. I could give so many more examples of how this place has treated myself and others but google does not provide enough text box for me to type the bs service they provide on a daily basis. Stay away people !!!

I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up. When I got there, no one was at the drive through and the doors were locked. I tried calling for a refund but no response. I couldn't cancel the order through the app since it said the order was already being made. Tons of people were waiting in the drive through line, and the app said the store was open.

Tried to order at the drive thru at 750 pm Saturday 1/11/25 im told they are only accepting mobile app orders and doordash so i order through the app 2 sundaes to them be told they dont have icecream and they dont know how to refund . I will stay away from this clown school.

The cashier was. Rude and the food was dumped inside the. Bag hashbrowns just in the bag not in the sleeves. Order in and still had to go get the. Food wasnt. Busy in there at all. I guess the employees. Just do what they want but the cherry on the cake was my sister getting a dr pepper and it was coke lol she tried telling the mgr but the mgr was rude and said it was right coke and dr pepper have not and will never taste the same

Today, I had a HORRIBLE experience at the McDonald's on Opelika Rd, and unfortunately, this isn’t the first time. The cashiers are always rude and unprofessional.

My son wanted a Pet Simulator Happy Meal toy, so we went to McDonald's in a good, cheerful mood. I ordered two Happy Meals on the kiosk, selecting the ‘Pet Simulator’ toy and ‘extra fries.’ However, they gave us a different toy and a bag of apples instead of the extra fries.

I asked for the correct items, and one of the cashiers begrudgingly gave me the extra fries. She then asked another cashier about the toy. I told the second cashier that I had chosen ‘Pet Simulator’ on the kiosk. Suddenly, she yelled, “SONIC, SONIC, SONIC!!!” without offering any explanation.

If she had explained things calmly, I would have understood. But what really upset me was her yelling.

At this point, I feel there’s no reason to return to McDonald's on Opelika Rd. They rarely get my order right, and I’m always forced to ask for corrections.

Finally, McDonald's really needs to invest in customer service training for their employees. It’s completely unacceptable to treat customers this way and leave them feeling angry and frustrated.

The staff was working hard, but at least two more team members were needed .... At 3:20 in the afternoon. A cup of coffee ☕ took over 20 minutes; craziness!
