Food is typical Mellow Mushroom...good! Restaurant was busy and we had a very large group. The staff did a great job seating us close together even though we could not all sit together!
I will never go to this location again. Was told to wait 20 minutes, name was put on the list. We waited outside for 20 minutes and the extremely rude hostess rudely ignored us after we went inside to check on the table. She rolled her eyes ar us, raised her voice and asked if we had a to go order. We said no and we were checking on our table. She slams her clipboard and the next person told us itll be another 20 minutes. Extremely rude staff, terrible atmosphere, horrible experience. The hostess alone was enough for me to never want this place ever again. I’m so glad I was able to bite my tongue because the next person may not be so calm in that situation. My advice is to get another hostess who doesn’t look so joy deprived in 3 day old clothes and i can guarantee the business will thrive instead of being brought down by miserable people.

Been customer for yrs always had great food and great service until tonight. The food as usual out of 10 the service one out of 10. Ordered a pick up pizza for 6 PM. Got there at 5:58 and almost always that pizza is ready within two or three or maybe five minutes after the scheduled time, it was actually tonight. The pizza was ready at 6:01 for 6 o’clock pick up but again I got there at 5:58 and told him who I was and the name the pizza was under. She looked at me and told me there are no pizzas available as you can see, which was correct because there were no pizzas on the table or the oven at 6:01 one of the cooks up the pizza call out my name said online order and put the pizza on top of the oven. I waited to see if the server would turn around to go get it. She didn’t so waited a minute another two pizzas were delivered to be ready , a few minutes another couple pizzas were made ready. A couple customers came in and picked up their pizzas. I sat there at the counter waiting for her to look at me. She didn’t fast-forward 13 minutes later I had to ask her if one of those pizzas was mine she said let me check , and it was the same one that was 601 I don’t remember her name but she had purple hair and blue eyeliner had no interest in me being there or anything to do with me and probably I’d still be sitting there 30 minutes later, if I hadn’t asked her to sit check on my pizza someone needs to teach a little bit more about customer service in the service industry. Otherwise the pizza is great.

We’ve been to a couple of these chains in different locations and they’ve always been outstanding. We shared a small build your own pizza and regular size Caesar. A nice glass of Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc accompanied. Husband had tea and they were out of sugar packets but rustled up a ramekin with some in it. Olivia was fantastic and we loved sitting at the bar watching the pizza masters and salad chef. Definitely visit if you haven’t! It was the beginning of game day weekend and we were not rushed even though they were busy. Most excellent! Very clean!

The food was good. Had to beg for a refill a couple of times. Was packed due to the game but had plenty of servers.
We have visited multiple Mellow Mushrooms in the past and if I'm being honest we didn't like the food. We visit this location when we're attending a game but we usually just get drinks to go. On this recent visit we met a couple of friends and sat down for a quick lunch. I've got to admit the service and food were both amazing. I wish I would have gotten the names of the servers, but they all spoke to us. The guys in the kitchen were working at an amazing pace. We had several drinks and the holy shitaki mushroom pizza was incredible. We will definitely give this location another visit.

Mellow Mushroom is my favorite pizza place! The menu is very varied. There is something for everyone. I love the pretzels and beer cheese. My fav pizza is Kosmic Karma. My families favorite pizza is an all meat pizza.The atmosphere is fun! My friend and I were some of the oldest customers!? But we love seeing all of the college students there! It brings back many memories at Auburn University and college days!
