Buyer be Ware this Moe’s is surcharging for white meat chicken and I have not experienced that from other Moes that aren’t owned by this group. They were very rude in their explanation and I will never go back and just go to chipotle down the road.

Not all Moe's are created equal. A fast-food restaurant known for making decent Americanized Mexican food, most locations are pretty tasty. But the store adjacent to Auburn's campus is absolutely awful. Stale taco shells, chewy meat, tasteless cheese, and the overall poor quality here is literally disturbing! This must be the worst Moe's in the United States!
It's bad enough that it costs $15 for three tacos before tax, which seems overpriced for such poor quality. But we were oddly charged $25 that night for three tacos, which is inexplicable. With a 3.8 rating on Google, do you really think they care?

There was barely any meat in my burrito any more (I mainly see rice and some beans), and the sauce was extremely spicy. I personally don’t enjoy spicy food, so it was difficult to eat. It would be great if a mild or non-spicy option could be offered in the future.

No welcome to Moes anymore??? The easiest way to make me pick somewhere else to eat lunch is to continue to make online orders without even greeting me or looking up. Rude workers. barely gives you any meat without begging for it. Then you ask for a tip??? lol. Maybe if you treated your customers better, you’d get tipped. Or get the subtotal right. Foods always good, management sucks horribly.

Hands down the worst Moe’s location I’ve ever been to. I ordered a quesadilla and with the first scoop might have gotten 2 ounces of chicken. Then asked for double and got an even smaller scoop. When I asked about it I received a blank stare. I got less meat getting double chicken than I did 2 years ago getting single chicken. Then when they rung me up they tried to sneak queso into my order which I didn’t get. I asked about this and he said he took it out but didn’t. It took 2 tries for them to admit they made a mistake. This place has gone downhill and I will not be coming back. Almost 20 dollars for half a meal is ridiculous.

I love Moe's burritos! Unfortunately, the food is hit or miss at this location, and they never greet you. I would recommend ordering in person and watching them make your food. Every time I place a pickup order it is cold, made incorrectly, and sloppy. Three stars because, once again, I do like the food when it's made correctly.
