We didn’t end up eating here because we received essentially no service. We arrived around 6 p.m. and stood at the entrance for almost 10 minutes. There was no sign indicating self-seating or asking guests to wait to be seated, and the restaurant was only half full and not busy. Two staff members were working - one serving tables and one at the front desk. Both saw us multiple times and repeatedly walked past us while serving other tables, completely ignoring us. It became clear that if we didn’t go up and ask ourselves, we would have continued to be ignored.
This place was recommended by a friend for its Korean BBQ, and since four friends were visiting me, we decided to try it together. Only after we approached the front desk did he point us to a table. Even then, we were never served, while other tables continued to receive food and attention. A simple sentence acknowledging us would have taken zero effort, but apparently that was too much.
English-speaking customers were clearly being served, so language was not the issue. Most other tables appeared to be Korean. I don’t know whether this was discrimination or just terrible management, but either way it was unacceptable.
We left and went to another Korean restaurant next door, where we were welcomed and served immediately. If you want Korean food, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

To start with the good-- was able to be seated quickly and the service was quick--two things which was very much appreciated. Now the not so good-- the food was not the greatest. We had the bibimbap hot bowl which not only lack flavor but also severely lack bulgogi. It was more rice than anything.

I come to Auburn once a year and this is always my first stop for dinner. Great food, prices, and friendly staff :)
We want to sincerely apologize to a valued guest who recently visited with a service dog. We regret any misunderstanding and want you to know you and your service animal are always welcome. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience during your recent visit to our restaurant. After initially speaking with you, a different table became available, and I personally went out to find you to offer a seat. Unfortunately, I was unable to locate you at that time.
Please know that we truly value you and your service animal, and we would be honored to welcome you back anytime.

Very good Korean food and friendly staff. We had the bibimbap in the stone bowl, ramyeon, and the bulgogi. Very yummy; has been a staple in Auburn for years.
The best

I ordered LA galbi, but the meat was tough and salty. Hyeonjaein. I think it suits my taste.
Parking: There are several shopping malls and ample parking space.

I FREAKING LOVE THEIR KIMBAP HERE!!! I get kimbap fix at this establishment whenever I am in auburn, I usually do for DoorDash orders here which is a big mistake as I was missing out on the atmosphere here. It’s great here, I love it.
The custom service is so so so great here not even going to lie at all, they super nice and kind with you. They let you take your time when ordering food and help you on what to get when you are indecisive which I myself am a very indecisive person besides the kimbap… they are so so so good here, you gotta get some when you are here.
But besides the kimbap that is usually really good at this establishment, their other entrees are as well or equal to “good” or if not “really great”.
Vegetarian options: They definitely have vegetarian options on their menu.
Parking: There is plenty of parking and it’s super free ninth nine.
Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair accessible

Authentic Korean restaurant in the heart of Auburn. Very conveniently located next to The Beacon apartments. Prices were reasonable, serving portions were very generous.

We just ate Naruto. Food was very good.
Service and price were good as well.
If in Auburn, this is the best Korean food available. We tried a couple other places and they were more expensive, slower, and food was not as good.
