They are awesome! We had a large group and they got us taken care of seamlessly. Great experience!

WARNING This establishment does not take allergies serious. My wife ordered a Gluten Free pizza and it was not Gluten Free. A restaurant that does not understand the seriousness of food allergies should be avoided at all cost.

they used to have some of the best services and food in the industry. However, this location in particular, they now hire some lazy dudes who write “I hate my job” ln their face. The guy who hates his job should go. Give them some training so they can potentially perform at least on average rate. One star is for thefood, they are still tasteful.

Burned my tongue on the chicken tortilla soup that had been sitting at my table, uncovered while I ate my half club sandwich. The soup had to have been heated up entirely too much because when I left the establishment, it was still very hot. I ate there around noon yesterday and my tongue is still hurting following the burn a whole day later. All of the tables were really dirty and the food was mediocre and overpriced.

Its a giving back to the community thing where they only hire special needs! How sweet

Newks is your basic soup, sandwich, pizza, and salad shop. The food is good but nothing noteworthy. A good lunch spot. The service however is great at this location and that has always been the case.

Rude staff and fountain during machines poorly maintained. No ice, flat Coke, the Dr. Pepper was out of syrup and the Lobster bisque was actually tomato bisque.

They are never open when I get off of work and I finally see they are open but I am driving a different vehicle so I don’t have my id to get a discount. With as much bending over backwards I do to get a meal here, I’m done if they can’t make a concession. Everyone is having some issues but at some point it becomes an issue that you don’t want to pay enough. Lost my business for good.

What happened to this place? Came here a few years ago and Loved it! Now? 30+ minute wait for a salad? In a styrofoam box?!? Tea was over-steeped. Tea. In Alabama! Maybe blame Covid (like everyone else) but seriously.

I was at the Newks in Auburn AL today. I ordered choose 2 with a full sandwich to go. Ordered turkey with Avacado and arugula and cup of potato soup. It took about 15 minutes. Restaurant was not busy when we were there. I opened the sandwich when we got home and this is what I got, bread and shredded turkey! . I drove back, manager said he can add fresh vegetable on it. But I got my money back. No apology from the manager or the staff!
Super convenient just outside of downtown but adjacent to campus.

if i could give this place 0 stars, i would. knew i wasn’t going to have a good experience as soon as i walked in and had to wait upwards of 10 min when the the store was practically empty. tables were filthy. after waiting for 30 min for my food i received the worst pizza i’ve ever had. genuinely. along with that my salad was overly drenched. -2/10

Terrible meal and terrible service. My friend and I were treated rudely by the employees from the moment they took our order, to basically tossing the food at our face. My sandwich tasted terrible, the bread was pale and chewy, and my "5 cheese mac and cheese" barely had any cheese on it and was burned. The salad croutons were so hard and stale. We asked for a to-go box and the lady brought it and threw it on our table, she did not even hand it to us nicely. I am never eating at this place again. The meal and the service were not worth the $13 I spent.

First bad meal today... the Cauliflower crust pizza ... crust was burned... toppings were cold cheese not melted, didn't even taste right. sad sad pizza today. Response was insufficient for the cost of the meal. a 13.50 lunch should NEVER be below par. I will not be eating at Newks again ... and I was a frequent customer!
