Niffer's is a special place for me as part of my college experience long ago. They are famous for their selection of burgers among other things.I recently made a trip there and had a black and blue burger. Our table shared homemade chips with a sauce they call Mexicali sauce. We also had corn fritters with honey mustard dipping sauce. All were great by unanimous vote from out table. This type of food is not really my wife's style as she grew up almost vegetarian in her culture, but even she could not stop eating the homemade chips and almost finished her burger.They've been doing this for a long time so the quality is pretty dialed in unlike a lot of other places with similar food.Cons: Parking can be tough compared to other restaurants in the area. To be clear it's not like dining in a larger city with metered parking or valets, I just mean the parking lot is a little small.Stars:1 - terrible (rarely given)2 - below average3 - good, at or above average4 - excellent5 - favorite (rarely given)

While being a bit late on this review I wanted to give a shout out to their staff for the fabulous Thanksgiving meal we purchased from them in November. Due to family emergency I was not able to cook our dinner and the order we received was OUTSTANDING! Every morsel was perfect! Thank you Niffer's, we thoroughly enjoyed every bite!
