First attempted to order a pizza online from the Papa John's website. Got a weird error message and could not complete my order. So I Called to place an order before the advertised closing time. Even offered to pick up the pizza. I was told initially they were closed. Then I was told the kitchen closed at 10 PM. Last when I persisted and offered to drive to the store to pick up the pizza, I was told that the store was unable to take an order over the phone for carry out pizzas.
In all fairness the young lady who took my call was very polite and professional...
Unable to complete my order at Papa John's - I did a quick search for pizza restaurant open now and discovered Little Italy Pizzeria š®š¹ š

I ordered a veggie pizza from the Papa Johnās on North College, but they accidentally gave me one with chicken and pepperoni. Since I donāt eat those, I couldnāt have it, so I called them back. The manager was super kind and understanding, and he quickly sent me the right pizza. Things like this can happen, but the way they handled it really showed great customer service. The new pizza was fresh, hot, and exactly what I wanted. Really appreciate how nice they wereāIāll definitely keep ordering from here!

I should have read through reviews before I ordered.. I am very disappointed i spent 47. Dollors . On food and the best thing by far was desert..Shaq a Roni... Was all bologna.. ate one piece pick the topping off 2 more it was terrible... Sad thing they dont care.. I promise I never ever order from there again. But the delivery guy was nice ,very polite..

Service and delivery man was amazing! Super nice and professional! Reasoning for the 4 star is due to the pizza not being completely cooked. Pick up a slice of pizza and it is super limp and soggy. Couldnāt eat it. I called and spoke to a manager and she was extremely nice and professional! I will be giving this place another try in the future because I know things happen! A+++ for staff!!!!

I will not be back at this location. I was lied to when I was asked what my name on my order was. I was told it was in the oven. Then asked by the exact same person again what my order was and he says, āI donāt see an order with that name on the system!ā After explaining to him what he just told me he proceeds to say I donāt see it I only see Hanes. I said that has to be it then bc thatās my exact same order. The workers are more concerned by the game and doing cleaning tasks than anything. A lady in there asked the workers who was ready to do the cleaning tasks. If I was her I wouldāve just told them who was in charge of what. I commend the workers who handed me my pizza and said donāt worry about paying. Itās sad that I waited for over thirty minutes and itās sad that everyone got their order ahead of me. I do not recommend this place!

Food quality is horrible. Please explain how do you order a pizza with extra cheese and you barely get cheese. How hard is it to put cheese on a pizza. Iāll mKe my own pizza next time before I waste my money. The taste was bland also.

Great place, great service. I get my lunch from this store about twice a week, and I have never had less than the best service from these guys. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Papa Johns to anyone. War Eagle

Pizza was cold when delivered. This is the second time we have ordered and the pizza was cold. The toppings always slide off the pizza as well. Very poor quality.
