Ordered a pizza for delivery. Order informed me it was on the oven then I got a notification stating that my order was cancelled. I tried calling the store to figure out what’s going on and no one is answering the phone. I placed the order a little after 10pm and the website states that they don’t close until 11pm. I’m not understanding why no one is answering the phone or why my order was canceled. At this point keep the carry out as an option and i could have came and got my food if they didn’t want to deliver it.

Ordered a pizza at 450pm. Said it would be here at 530pm. Needless to say, I'm still waiting at its almost 615pm. I called and they are going to charge me for a pizza that sat on the shelf under a heat lamp for over an hour. That's not fresh, and then told me to call back for a partial refund.... Uuhhmm NO, better be forking out a full refund of my pizza.

Papa Johns is usually my go to pizza franchise to order from but the one in Auburn just feels lower quality than all the other ones in terms of food. Other Papa Johns I've been to were incredible but at this one I'm not entirely sure what is different but it just doesn't taste as good. The pizza is never fully cut and if I don't want to tear it apart I have to recut it at home. Apologies for lack of specificity but it seems like the pizzas are thrown together quickly and with less care. Still good pizza compared to other places but 1-2 stars lower than most other Papa Johns restaurants.

I have seriously got to stop giving this place my money. EVERY TIME I ORDER WITHOUT FAIL ... 45 min OR MORE AFTER the estimated delivery time is when I get my cold pizza delivered. EVERY. DANG.TIME. Isn't that awesome? And they love to respond to your feedback too. Excellent customer service! They must get enough drunk college students who don't care if it gets delivered on time to stay in business and never improve. INSANE..

Was told 40 minutes, took 2.5 hours. Couldn’t even call to cancel, they just kept referring us to another number that would hang up on us. The order person couldn’t cancel an order. That’s kind of a scam, he can take your money but he can’t give it back. When it arrived at 9:15 pm, one of the pizzas wasn’t even cooked all the way, still doughy, and it wasn’t what we ordered either. I consider this theft.

Ordered my pizza and when I was ready to pay it said it would be 90 minutes - called them cancel and trey told me with door dash I’d get it in 20 minutes - door dash just never showed - called the restaurant and they told me it was my problem with door dash -Just spent $90 and got nothing for it - you should just expect lies and bad service from Papa John’s - clearly no one leading tbe organization- I am calling Auburn Police for theft.
Good customer service,employee predict my order from being a usual customer and me ordering the same meal every time. Fast service and hot fresh food.

I ordered a ex large supreme and the food was great but the problem was they charged my card twice and I still haven't received the refund from the 2nd charge. So I ended up paying almost 80 bucks for one pizza...Never again.

Seems like they stopped giving free Parmesan cheese and pepper. They said they ran out of both twice in a row within a gap of about a week. Not if they really ran out of it or not giving for free.
