Placed order at around 4:30 this afternoon. Was delivered to wrong house around 5 pm. Notified Pizza Hut and was referred to door dash, who I’ve never used to order. Pizza Hut chose to use them, but expects me to handle this. Customer service. Nope. Does this look like the same door??

The door was locked so we went thru drive thru we placed an order online and it was ready! The pizza was sooo good did half and half of pepperoni and pepperoni with sausage. The lady was nice when we passed by :) and gave us a good amount of napkins.

Literally stole my money. Took my money, "completed" the order and when I showed up , well within their open hours to pick up the food the door was locked, lights off and nobody will answer the phone. Wow. Just wow.

So this is what has become of pizza hut, a once prominent place, where the buffet was the best out of all the pizza buffets. To now being used as a storage place. This is the start to the end of pizza hut.

I ordered a box dinner deal for my grandsons at 11:09 with an approximate delivery time of 11:32. I used the tracking software to keep track of it and every time I checked it, the delivery time increased by a few minutes up to 10 minutes each time. Our order was finally delivered at 12:10 and was not hot at all. I had already texted the driver and she said she was on the way. When she got there, she told me that she was at Jimmy Johns waiting on an order. That had nothing to do with our order. I purposely ordered early so that my grandchildren wouldn't have to wait long for their lunch.

Online it says 10:00am doors say 11am you guys need to change the times on google instead of having people order food and come pick up and everyone in store looking at you pull on the door no one asked if I needed assistance nothing just watched me pull but allowed me to order online

Place an order online for meat lover's melt but only received only half of the melt. One employee shirt didn't cover his stomach so I was able to see the bottom of his stomach. So, I called back and was put on hold for 12 minutes without anyone handling my issue.

I ordered delivery and my food was cold , I was a refund this is unacceptable.
BEST!!! Only allowed 5 stars or I'd have put 10! Staff was super helpful and patient, delivery was SO FAST and SO KIND! We got stuck at the soccer fields and this team really made sure we had what we needed to finish the night strong. Can't praise these humans enough for their extra seconds to care for us and our dinner order. Highly recommend this location, you made this mama's night ?

It took my order over an hour to get to me. Everything was cold and the 2liter drink was forgotten. I was charged for the drink and still don’t have it. If you call you cannot get to the store so you are unable to get what you paid for. Isn’t that theft???

Have been on 4 calls waiting for the manager to pick up.. asked who ever answered if I can leave a note for them to call me back when possible.. they said no that I was "calling a service center" ..therefore they couldn't ask the manager to call me back .. they delivered cold pizza, didn't give me the sauces..my order was about 137.$ .. delivery driver said "I'm pretty sure I put the sauces inside the box" we checked them and nothing ..only the marinera sauce that comes with the breadsticks..ordered 6 wings w the big dinner box (supposed to come w a ranch) and ordered 18 wings which I'm sure is supposed to come with several ranch..also paid for 8 extra ranch.. the driver said " ill be right back with the ranch". I let him know the amount i paid for extra sauces + what alrdy comes with it ..Said it was really close by..(not from the area , i'm traveling from Atlanta ) he left came back about 20 min . Later and only brought 4 ranch .. cold pizza, bad customer service..who ever answered I'm sure had the same voice but kept changing their name lmao! But oh well. I guess. Manager must be very busy!
