The passion fruit with mango pop was flavorful we also tried the spam musubi snack it was nicely wrapped, secured, and warm. The ladies Makayla and Galaxy were lively making the atmosphere welcoming! I will definitely be back again myself and with my friends

All around great restaurant with healthy food, The service is very great. Servers are very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend Pokemoto to anyone willing to eat healthy.

I have been a very frequent customer here since opening, as the food is delicious, so it pains me to have to write this. I was serviced by a worker today who I presume to be newer, as I haven’t had them before. When I was building my bowl, there was little attentiveness to me or the bowl, as the employee just stood there without saying or asking anything, I felt like I had to nervously just stand there and read off what was on there versus being served. The employee was also eating a lollipop the entire time they were making my bowl, which was absolutely unsanitary, as they had touched it multiple times. When I checked out, I did leave a tip, which honestly I shouldn’t have for this service. I got no greeting or acknowledgment afterwards, as the employee just walked to the back right after. No offering a receipt, no bag no nothing. Just handed me the bowl and walked away.

This is behavior is unacceptable in food service environment, and discourages me from visiting this establishment again. I will know in the future not to purchase food when this employee is present.

The workers are always so welcoming, helpful, and kind! Seems like they genuinely love their job and that’s rare for food service. The food always blows me away and they are so efficient to get it out quick. The environment is peaceful and clean! I love it here!!!
