As I write this review it's been 20 minutes since I ordered in the drive through and I'm currently sitting in my car in a parking spot as cars continue to pile up behind me in the drive through from them telling people to continue to pull forward and wait. I don't know how long I will be trapped here but I'm debating writing a will because I don't think I'll ever get my food nor leave this place.
A Popeyes will be my tomb. One star.

No complaints on the quality of food. But the server was rude. I responded rudely too, that is when she toned her voice down. Being in consumer business, they should really look more into how they behave with their customers.

I went in with my grand daughter and husband ready for some good fried chicken, we waited over 30!min , was unable to fix our dine in drinks due to the soda machine not being cleaned and put back together properly. The nozzle that supposed to allow the soda to dispense without spraying all over the guest and floor weren’t placed back on. Instead they were sitting in some nasty water with gnats flying all around them , had to wait 15 min for them to fill our drinks from the drive thru fountain. The chicken was slimy and the red beans seemed spoiled. After spending 39.00 on our lunch we left very disappointed. I didn’t make it home with out having an episode of exploding diarrhea in the car in front of my grand daughter , then my husband an hr later and grand daughter too. Awful experience

After waiting on a 2 piece combo for almost 30 minutes, then I had to wait on my fries. So I asked the nice cashier who waited on me could she just replace them with something else. She didn't have a problem with it until she asked her manager which was a stocky black gentleman. He became so disrespectful in front of me and 3 more customers waiting on their food. Instead of trying to ease what wasn't an issue until he went on and on about a 2 piece combo wasn't as important bc prior to our orders someone ordered a 30 piece. I understand but he was very disrespectful. That was today around 2:30 at the Popeyes on opelika rd. I won't and my family members won't be going back while that irresponsible manger is there. He could have did without his comments after customers had been standing waiting on one thing after another.

Would definitely give 0 stars if I could. Never get orders correct. Cancel DoorDash orders when they don’t close for several hours (with no explanation). Just never want to work!! Absolutely ridiculous. Will never be going again because it’s PATHETIC. Don’t waste your time going here!
