My husband and I come here often, however, tonight we had the best waitress we have ever had. Ms. Shayna was extremely polite, sweet and on it. We watched as she waited on table after table with the same friendly up beat demeanor. She didn't rush us and her personality and attitude was AMAZING. We will definitely be requesting her each time we come back. The food as amazing, but Ms. Shayna definitely made our night.

My hats off to the server Sydney!! She single handedly took care of 12 of us old ladies. She made sure we all got everything we wanted, even with us all talking at one time. It was such a wonderful blessing after our last month dinner outing at Texas Roadhouse where 8 of us never got food after we had sat there for over 3 hours. Red Lobster has always been a favorite of mine and I guess it took some bad service somewhere else to really appreciate Red Lobster. Red Lobster, you still rock! I had the Lobster Lovers Dream! YumWheelchair accessibility: Their handicap parking is right by the door and a 4pm Dinner gives you a good chance of snagging one, if your disabled.

The food was delicious, and my server was very nice, really took care of my table which was myself and 4 kids.
The manager Michael promised me a gift card via email that I never received. The messed up my to go order. I had to return back to the store.

Food was absolutely disgusting. The only thing that was hot and fresh was the biscuits. Had the “choose your two” with shrimp linguine Alfredo and Walt’s shrimp. A Bahamas mama. And a potato and salad. The shrimp linguine was nothing but noodles with the last bit of Alfredo poured on top. (Dry) no salt or pepper. Wayyy under seasoned. I could barely finish the first bite. The potato was hard as a brick. Not enough butter or sour cream to help. (I could never catch the waitress to ask for more) $65 plus tip for biscuits and salad. That was all we could eat. It’s been a while but I will not be returning. What happened Red Lobster??
We placed a reservation online. The website picked Auburn as location and asked the time and number of guest. When we arrived we were told that this location has no affiliation with what is online. They made a huge deal about it and we said can you just put us on the wait list. It was 5:20 and we were told about 20 minutes. 45 minutes later we were told 20 minutes. The manager came out and told them not to seat anyone right now. We left and went to Yummi Crab!!! Won’t be back to Red Lobster in Auburn.

I had to send my steak back because it was burnt on one side and it wasn't medium rare like I wanted it. That's why I gave 4 stars on the food. Everything else was awesome!

Well when we went today 2-16-24.... It was terrible the steaks were over cooked no kind of seasoning what so ever.... Service was so slow other severs taking our food and giving to other orders...The kids orders were over cooked (chicken tenders) couldnt get refills.....had to get our silver ware from other tables.....Im sorry just being honest....
