I have been going to Ross House for the past few months and it is the perfect place for me to start my day! The servers are extremely nice and go above and beyond with their coffee and espresso skills. I would have to say that this is the best coffee shop that I have ever been to. The pastries are delicious and the V60 Hand-Brew coffee is immaculate. Thank you Ross House for being an incredible start to every morning!

We LOVE Ross house coffee but the store on Magnolia is nothing short of a “sh|^” show. The college aged lady who works the front is rude, slow, and has zero customer service skills. Something needs to be done. I’ve spoken with countless people who quit coming because of the service.If you’re curious who is the issue: Todays date is 8/14/24 @ 12:21 , we’ve been waiting for 25 minutes.She does this every time, she’s currently singing, playing with her hair. Not doing anything while we all wait.

The girl who worked today around 10-11 AM was really racist and rude! They should choose there employees more carefully. I told her that I want a black coffee and she said "We're not starbucks we don't have black coffee!" (which they do) The way she answered with the attitude is not acceptable! The workers there should be more professional.
