Do not go here if you are in any rush to get food and coffee fast. Food is cheaply priced for a reason… not great quality. Would not recommend coming here on an empty stomach, you’re not getting fast food, waited 45 minutes for any food or drinks. Coffee is pretty good, better than Starbucks, but you will be waiting for forever. Environment is the place for you if you enjoy loud worship music being played.

The staff is always so sweet and kind, genuinely some of the best customer service in Auburn. The coffee is also great, I recommend a honey and lavender latte with almond or oat milk. The scones and cookies are always a good pick me up. Overall the atmosphere and general vibes are super calm and inviting! Great place for studying or chatting :)

I came in and ordered at 10am. The place was almost entirely empty. I ordered one iced peppermint cold brew and a plain toasted bagel. I waited 45 minutes for it and even asked the woman who seems to own the place about it but she was pretty rude and dismissive saying it was coming. I got my coffee around 10:40 and it tasted terrible. Like horrible. Nasty coffee flavored water. No flavor of peppermint at all. I waited about five minutes longer for my bagel and it came out semi-warm and barely toasted. The girl working with the older woman was pretty nice, but the wait was too long for terrible food. I left around 10:45. I will never be going back.

Sooo yummy. They make iced matchas like no other. You know how if you go to Starbucks and have to add extra pumps to things? Never really have to do that here. Bray is amazing! So sweet and friendly. Kate a young lady with glasses and short hair also super sweet. It’s a great atmosphere if you work from home/remote. Tons of areas to sit and outlets to plug your laptop. And the oatmeal steamer?! My favorite breakfast item to get. So warm, hearty, and delicious. Idk how they even make it, I would love to make them at home but have yet to figure out the secret to how they make theirs it’s so good and perfect LOL. Visit here. I want to gatekeep but I feel others should visit!

Waited 20 minutes for 2 chai lattes, and 30 minutes for a hot chocolate only to be told they don’t have hot lids left. The two employees didn’t seem over qualified to make hot water. 1st experience with this pace and it’s a massive fail.

Toni runs a great coffee shop. Roasts her own beans and all baked goods prepared on site. Ross House has a big outreach in the community and to students. Love their cinnamon rolls.

Parking: Plenty of room around back. Most of customers are foot traffic.

Every time I've been to this place I always try and come after or way before I ever have somewhere else to be. The last time I was there I waited over 40 minutes to get my order. I was the first and only person in line at the time when I had ordered. Even though their coffee is good, it's not worth the wait unless you plan to be there for an hour or more. The servers are nice, but come off as very inattentive. I come to Ross House more out of the convenience of location, but I always end up regretting it because it's not a convenient coffee shop where you can just be there for a little bit or grab-and-go. Also, I have seen several flies in the pastry display, which is not great to see. The place has lots of seating which is wonderful at least.
