Sam’s club is the worst at the cafe I went to see a family member got curse out bad from an employee by the name chanta Jackson she was very rude unprofessional nasty attitude nice place to shop but not at the cafe

The customer service is terrible. If I made a purchase and I called back about being over charged how can I take a picture of the sign. The sale price is online but was told they can’t go by the price online. Oh my and she didn’t have a care in the world.

FIRST, CLEAN YOUR BATHROOMS! NASTY!!!! lady had gloves on heard my complaint said nothing went back to chatting it up with male co-worker. not a single clean stall.

sadly, We could not browse clothing either bc it seems you ordeted full staff to block every aisle and unload freight before closing preventimg anyone from buying anything. so we left!
we do love Sam's, hate walmart so at some point we will.come back.

Love shopping here, but I will say the store/gas needs a little improvement. the Restrooms doors are missing locks. Today we pumped gas and the nozzle leaked all over the side of our truck. There is never any receipt tape in pumps either! Still will shop here but just thought I'd write it up!

Worse experience every at Sam’s. We usually go to the Sam’s in Auburn because of less crowded. Went in today and was going to inquire about upgrading my cell phone there, the 2 guys sitting and standing behind the counter on their phones and with headphones asked them for help and the one was like oh we are both on breaks.. it’s 1:00 and your telling me your both on break at same time with no one to help customers but your sitting behind the counter playing on your phones that’s what break rooms are for. Asked for manager and one did not come. Well for one who goes to Sam’s weekly only bought dog food and left.. the guy acted like a thug who didn’t want to help a customer..

Very friendly people and great service. Bought new tires and they were done in less than a hour.
They forgot my cake order that I placed nearly a month in advance and had it in Novembers order pile, the cake was done but it's baked and frosted very unevenly. I'm very disappointed and will not be going back ever.

The workers in the food court up front are very rude and were too busy talking to each other and counting how many hours they had left to work than to give me my change. There was a line of customers who all noticed the same thing and were very aggravated by the lack of customer service. I tried to call for a manager to complain but “conveniently “ they never answered. If you are going to work in customer service, FYI it’s about the customers.
