The time is 2:50pm on september 5th 2023. I just got off the microphone with a rude and condescending employee. He clearly hates his job. He’s currently working the drive through microphone. If you stand behind smoothie king integrity for customer service he should be retrained and or fired. Horrible attitude .

I love this place so much!! But they aren’t opening on time??? Hours say 7:00 am Monday - Friday. It’s almost 7:30. No time to wait, got to be at my own work on time.

Visited twice, encountered the rudest workers I’ve ever met both times. If the management of this location sees this, you really have a major issue on your hands. The attitude of the workers there is insane. Ordered an açaí bowl today that was obviously made wrong (The base was liquid and there were only blueberries) asked the lady at the window, who either had no idea what she was talking about or didn’t care, and she ended up rolling her eyes at me and slamming the window. Fire these rude people…

They gave me a pupcup with pecans in it. Pecans are toxic to dogs! If I hadn't noticed my dog could have gotten very sick or died. Please never give dogs pecans!
