I frequent this Sonic by my house weekly! Tonight I had the pleasure of meeting such a professional, bubbly, attentive young lady!

The drive through had a line of cars.
Kierra just went down the line she approached me in the drive through with my R44 Ice Tea, (Love Sonic's Ice Tea) its a must Try! And she said my cheeseburger would be right out! So I went ahead and paid for it and gave Kierra a Tip! Kierra was so appreciative, it wasn't a whole lot but it got my point across of how thankful I was just for Kierras Excellent customer service!

Slowest drive thru I’ve ever been in

This establishment has been on a roll with the inconsistency of hours of operation. The first time I came around 9AM they were closed , the store was pitch black , no one in sight , no car in sight , no music playing , and then I visit again and the lack of attentiveness , professionalism , and customer service was my defining moment. I’m unsure as to the amount of staff they have but I have seen restaurants with only one worker working both the register inside the store for walk-ins , preparing food , and tending to the drive thru and still provide better customer service and communication and professionalism than this place. Each visit I’m seeing people sitting in their car waiting not hearing anyone answer in the intercom or circling the restaurant clearly wanting to give the establishment money but this establishment needs to improve tremendously and work on their approach , attentiveness , acknowledgement of the customer , appropriate communication , and timeliness.

I mean this was genuinely the best experience I have ever had. Customer service was impeccable, I felt so seen here. Store manager at 6:30 PM on November 4th needs a raise.
This Sonic has great food and a wide variety, but the drive-thru is consistently slow between 5 PM and closing. With more staff and quicker service, it could easily be the best fast-food spot in Auburn — the food always hits the spot when it finally arrives. Please work on speeding up the window time!

Horrible horrible horrible shortcuts taken at this location. The ice coffee was heavily watered down. I also got fries with my combo meal and seems like they ran out of fries, they literally filled the bottom of the fry container with tater tots to make it look like it was more full, and the fries I did get were obviously scraps.

When I went the other day there was only one man working and he was killing it! I got my food on time, it was piping hot and delicious, and he was literally the only person in the entire restaurant! Kudos to him, I wish I would have gotten his name he seriously deserves an award for keeping things running so smoothly all on his own! Awesome restaurant, will definitely be coming back ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I’ve never had any issues with this Sonic and the worker are always so sweet but to the girl that was just working the drive thru (8/12, 9:50pm) you should probably find another job that’s not interacting with people. If you’re gonna be rude to paying customers you definitely shouldn’t be in the service industry. Very rude interaction that left a bad taste in my mouth.
I placed a pick up order using their app. It took them several times to get the order correct when I arrived. Eventually they just asked me to write down the order for them. Treating me like I was inconveniencing them while I waited patiently.
The super sonic breakfast burrito was one of the last things they made, and it’s clear they were upset. See picture for how poor the tortilla was wrapped.

Food was hot and delicious. Service was awful. No interactions. No thank you or anything.
After two separate failed DoorDash attempts from this location, I drove there myself. Waited over 15 minutes for one burger and one drink. Was then handed 2 bags with 3 burgers and fries and no drink. Don't worry,I got what I came for but the level of incompetency is actually incredible.
Super fast service. Carhops were very friendly! The manager, Monique, was so pleasant and had such a great attitude! Will definitely be back.
