Paul was the person that took our order and brought us our food. He made our experience 5 stars- the order was perfect and he was so nice it was seriously the most pleasant fast food experience I’ve had in a long time because of him.

The Workers were RUDE. The service was awful. First I pulled up to the kiosks and they told me that I only could go thru the drive thru. (It was 8:30 and night so this was pure LAZY) Then I pull throughout the drive through and they are out of half the menu. DISRESPECTFUL is an understatement. Another person in my car ordered via the app and after waiting they told them what they ordered they not longer had. Not to mention the drive thru order was wrong AND not complete. I was not expecting the service of a 5 star restaurant but this was just embarrassing.

The lady in drive thru was just rude.. At first it was pleasant until I didn't order fast enough.. I knew then I should have kept going to a different establishment or the other one on the other side of town, mind you I traveled from Opelika because we don't have many choices after a certain time. After ordering I think I sat in drive thru for at least 15 minutes.. Burger wasn't warm,fries cold and clumped together. Glad I didn't waste my money on my whole family tonight before going back home.

My food was not in the box and then the food was tossed any type of way.literally had to scrap the inside of the bag to get the chilli and cheese just to see they didn’t put the relish or onion. This was absolutely terrible and don’t worry about me coming back

Not a sonic I will be returning to. We just wanted drinks. Lemonberry slush was basically just a huge scoop of undrinkable frozen strawberry jam. We watched as they let the soda overflow the cherry limeade and pour all the syrup out. Then when we tasted it, of course it was just soda water because the sprite syrup needed to be changed. Very disappointing.
