Clean house entire crew. Over charging customers

The tator tots tasted as though they were either freezer burned or refried. Both times I tried out the place, they did not give me a receipt. My burger took a very long time to come out and just didn't taste very well. After asking some locals, they have had the same experiences, so this place is off my list for Auburn.

If I could give negative stars I would. Wost service I've ever experienced. Stay away if you know what is moderately good for yourself

Janna the manager at this location today at 3pm was rude to her customers coming through the drive through. Her employees had to apologize for their manager's behavior and nasty attitude. Safe to say the service and atmosphere is horrible when you can't order your child a hot dog without dealing with a hostile woman taking orders. She did not give a total for the food. She couldn't even respectfully asked them to pull forward.She did not respect the customers. She doesn't deserve the position of management.She came to the window and when asked for her name she got into a screaming match with a customer simply because she didn't like the autistic woman's frustration about her getting a simple order for a hot dog incorrect. If this is the type of person you have in charge of your store it is no wonder you can't keep good employees there. In short go to the sonic on dean road for better food and service. This location on south college is the worst one.

How is Sonic able to stay in business? Every time I go, there is something wrong with my order. I guess that reflects more on me than them, since I continue to order. Cherry Lime Aid is supposed to have both cherries and limes, mine has neither. It is a drink order. Just a drink. No food. Should be quick and simple. Nope, 15 minutes from when I placed my order. meanwhile, there are 2 carhops standing outside, jabbering away. I guess you get what you pay for.

Worst experience I’ve ever had a restaurant in a while. Took me 20 minutes to get out of the drive thru… The guy handed me the wrong change because he can’t count and I ended up paying more than I should have. Will not be returning and don’t recommend going.

This is the most inconsistent franchise in this town! Both restaurants are extreme from horrible to great and almost never in the middle. Managers never stay. I go overboard complimenting them when they do a good job, in hopes that they'll keep doing good jobs. Today they had to come out and talk to me in person because they couldn't understand me over the mic. Then after waiting 15 to 20 minutes the people next to me complained to them that they're still waiting on their food and they were there before me. I finally got my food but only after I call it in and ask them why didn't it show up on the screen for me to pay. Then when they brought me my food as long as it took and it wasn't even hot. Then I didn't get a straw or ketchup so when I asked for it the ketchup didn't even come out until I was done with my food and when my straw came out I needed a refill by then. You're just filling up a Sprite why did it take you so long to even get my refill? Was it because I was already backing out ready to go cuz you made me late for my hour lunch break?

Paid with a 20$ bill on a 7$ total, he entered it that I gave a 10$ bill. So I only received 2$ back in change instead of my 13$ I should’ve received. Didn’t notice until I got all the way home. Do better!

We ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers. Waited over 45 minutes. No bacon on the burgers, fries cooked hard and cold, when we turned around her excuse was they had no help! We were the only one's there in driver thru and there were 4 employees at 11 pm. They were already breaking down to close at 12, that's why it took them so long. Not because they didn't have help our food was luke warm!!! Not worth the money!!!I know the franchise owner sees these reviews and evidently doesn't care and just wants the money. They need to be held accountable also!!!!

Rude employees every time I come. I was doing an Uber eats order here. It directly specifies to go to the drive in stall. I'm told to go to the drive thru, which then takes 20 mins. I'm now late on two orders, thanks to y'all. Why make me go through the drive thru if it's already prepped? Is it that hard to walk 10 feet outside? Tired of this place. At least fix your delivery instructions if you're too lazy to go outside. The food here is the low quality version of every sonic.
