They only accept online orders now it seems. I have tried to get food here 3 times over the last 2 weeks and it has been the same every time. I used to stop frequently on my way home from work. Not any more.

I would leave a 0 star review if i could. Every time i go to this sonic i have a terrible experience. This time i ordered a reeses blast and all they did was sprinkle a tiny bit of a crushed up reeses on top. No chunks mixed in the ice cream at all. Never going back.

They close at 2am but it’s been multiple times where I’ve came there around 9:30-10pm and they only do DoorDash and online orders…. Why can’t I just order through the drive thru?? update it on google that way people don’t get there and waste there time.

Super rude. Long waits. Bad directions, must use drive through for Uber and door dash, ignore the lies about park and wait forever only to be told you can only go through drive through. Seriously the staff are incredibly rude, like wow rude. And to top it off the staff member stole the order I was supposed to pick up and gave it to the driver in front of me so I didn't earn for that run. Basically a huge waste of time. Seriously this was probably the worst experience at a restaurant in my entire life and thats saying a lot. Whoever is managing this dumpster fire needs to retrain the employees and take their job more seriously

Awful staff. Awful service. Closed the stalls early and didn't even leave a sign for drive-thru only! After finally being able to talk to staff and be directed to the drive-thru we received our order however it was wrong. I didn't receive the sauce I paid extra for, my pretzel did not have salt on it, I did not recieve sweet cream in my drink that I paid extra for and one drink was completely wrong. The staff then blatantly lied to our faces saying it was correct. I ordered a cocoberry cream and recieved some watered down, blue drink that had no cream and no strawberries and the staff REFUSED to fix it. GET NEW STAFF!! I honestly have lost all respect for this location. They consistently close early, mix up orders, refuse to fix issues, have incorrect order times, lie to customers to avoid doing their jobs, and are rude.

Went here around 11pm and no one answered our red button push. Drive through was busy and I'm sure they were swamped. Ok, ordered on the app instead and they brought it out after a kinda long wait. Everything was hot, though, so we were getting it as fast as they could.

Stopped serving customers at 11:15PM! I was told through the drive-thru: “Hi, we are only taking DoorDash and Mobile Orders right now.” I say okay, park, and order online. After I placed my order, I followed instructions and parked at a stall to let them know my order name. I was also told there “We aren’t taking stall orders”, so I let them know I had a pickup order. I saw an employee hand out two customers orders at around 11:35pm. I don’t have much to do so I don’t mind being patient for fresh food. Yet, they have stopped serving around this time as I and SIX other cars are still parked. Some drove off, but what is more insulting in seeing them in the window leisuring around on their phones and talking amongst themselves. I would more appreciate just admitting closing early than wasting paying customers time. I have officially refunded my order at 12am. Website says this location closed at 3am smh. Ridiculous!

This has to be the slowest Sonic I’ve ever been to. There are literally no cars here at 10am and we’ve been waiting.

Went to this location at midnight and was told at the drive thru that they are only taking door dash orders. I said okay, and placed a door dash pickup order for 2 ice creams and a side of fries. I pulled up to the mic and told them I have a door dash order. When they answered they said “okay just tell them we’re cleaning the ice cream machine” (I assume she thinks I’m a door dash driver lol) so I say “okay so they can’t get ice cream?” She said “no, just tell them we’re cleaning it right now”
I assume she means it will take longer than usual so I pull up to the window and get the fries and she says “is there anything they wanted other than the ice cream and fries?” I say no and sit for awhile. I’ve never worked fast food so I didn’t just automatically know that when they clean the machine they basically stop serving for the night. Finally after awhile she walks up to the window with a rude look on her face and says “can I help you” I tell her that we placed the order and we’re still waiting on the ice cream. She said “yeah I asked you earlier if you wanted something other than ice cream because we’re cleaning it” (not what she said) but I say okay I’ll take some slushees.
I ultimately got a refund from door dash because that’s not what I paid for.
I just feel like ultimately the worker could’ve been more CLEAR and nicer about the situation. Just overall a crappy experience

Lazy workers stopped serving half the menu 2 hours before closing.

Order two burgers with cheese sticks. Was asked forward and it took almost 10 minutes to get the food. Looked in the bag and there was no marinara sauce to go with our cheese sticks. Asked for sauce and was told they charge an extra $.11 per container.
I’ve stopped at mini sonic and got cheese sticks and I’ve never been charged for a container of marinara to go with it. Absolutely ridiculous since I’ve already paid a fortune for the cheese sticks to begin with.
