I enjoyed the atmosphere and the decor of the bar. The staff was friendly and prompt with their service; they were incredibly helpful with my questions and recommended me great beers. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and am eager to return. 5/5 service.

I used to not like South, but after speaking to multiple bartenders I have changed my mind! Peyton, all Ryan’s, Brunson, Kessler, Claire, Emily, Brunson, Chris, most of loft bar, and Henry have been so amazing, amazing enough I actually tried to remember their names! This is a bar I would bring my parents to and spend every gameday at. I’ve never felt unsafe and security is always on top of it. 10 out of 10!!

I was told I am not allowed to be at the bar. I did not do anything to deserve that. I just want to be able to come to the bar and socialize, like any other ordinary, young person in Auburn.

This place is terrible. I was sitting at the bar and next thing I know one of the bouncers comes up to me and grabs me. He says "come with me" I say what for? He just keeps saying come with me. I ask him many times did I do something wrong? He says "just keep walking". Now I am sitting at home very confused about why i got kicked out. If you ever want to have a good night in Auburn do not go to South. Stay away from this place because it is a waste of money.

One of the best bars in Auburn--much cleaner than Sky. This is known as the "Freshman Bar" so beware. I would avoid on Friday and Saturday nights as things get wild. The food is good! They basically have one big bar but the bartenders are very attentive. My favorite time to go is to watch a sports game--they have huge TVs. Great group atmosphere to cheer on Auburn!

I've been here several times. Other things were good but I met a bartender lady, her service to customer was terribly poor. I sat at the bar, ordered water without ice. Because it was cold winter night, i had serveral bottles of beer in advance. But she was like "Nah, it will take too long to fill up the cup without ice." I thought it was a joke. Then i said "why??" She said "just take it as it is." She gave me a cup of water with ice anyway. I laughed it out at first. But i felt humiliation. She ignored me, she didn't listen to my request seriously. I think it is really bad attitude as a bartender.

This is a huge new bar that also has a much smaller upstairs bar area. They have a pretty limited selection of beer and really need to carry more options. The biggest negative is they charge more for their beer and booze than other places in the area. This spot has a lot of potential along with their HUGE downstairs space but they really need to improve the beer options to maybe offer such exotic options as Yuengling. The upstairs super groovy craft draft beer options are alright but they definitely could add some German draft beers as well to really improve the selection and improve the Prosting. Overall this is the shiny new kid on the block and when the Skybar next door is closed this seems to be the most popular spot in downtown Auburn while most folks seem to find the Skybar a much better option when both are open as it has better prices on drinks. I dont usually do reviews but tgis place trash. I lost my ID inside the bar and when I left out and tried to come back in they didnt let me whatsoever or even tell me what I should do for assistance. I had a picture of my ID and they didn’t even take that.
