I waited over 20 minutes for one latte, just to have them cancel my order without warning. After asking, apparently they didn’t have the flavor I wanted, but instead of seeing if I wanted another flavor, they just cancelled my order... huge waste of time before class.

I'm cool with the whole laid back vibe the employees have here, it's usually busy due to college students and their need for caffeine. I'm cool with the dude today that was making frappuchinos and how he had to stop to check his cellphone and also talk to a friend. Super cool with that, not cool with the fact that somewhere amidst being so distracted he failed to ever learn how to make a decent frappuchino. And I guess my favorite thing was being able to see the dudes superman boxers because he's never heard of a belt and sagging is still a "cool" thing to do.
