Takes very long but luckily I am a very patient person... too patient in fact. One time I waited an hour outside of this place to get a marble loaf, only to realize that they stopped taking orders at 1:30 in the afternoon even though they close at 12 am online. The question that still eludes me is why they don't hire more employees for the multitudes of angry white girls that are waiting for their triple venti, double scoop of soy, pumpkin juice lattes that they can't live without. In my professional opinion, I believe that this establishment would be much better off by hiring more staff.

Whoever owns this McDonald or manages it is horrible. Workers are lazy and don't do anything unless you mobile order. Worst McDonald's in America by far. Half the time random people make your order that don't even work here. Yet the management thought the issue was the decor so they redesigned the place. Prime example why McDonald's will be a memory in 10-15 years or at a third of the stock price.

Okay, so as far as McDonalds go, food is actually good. However, it takes FOREVER for ANYTHING, Ice Cream is never available because the "machine is down" 24/7, and if you try to do anything through DoorDash expect an hour wait at least for your order. I really hope that management sees this, because I don't know if the restaurant is just short handed, or if motivation and work ethic is in short-supply, but changes need to be made. Also, what is this horrible excuse for a Shamrock shake?
Why does this place exist. I can't go back here. The food is cold. Why don't they go away forever. Where's my sweet tea

Good coffee and people. But it's so damn frustrating that people are so lazy. I walked up to buy a coffee at exactly 3:00 in the afternoon and was told they they were closed. Really? Folks were standing around drinking coffees, there are no signs with the store hours, and this website has them closing at 12:00am. So that's problem number one. The biggest issue is that they are so ready to check out that they cannot pour another cup of coffee--for a customer who walks in the 3:00, the moment in time they supposedly close? Really? Are you THAT lazy??

Not bad if you're going in the morning the workers are normally friendly and get your food correct. Anything after 5pm is a toss up and after 8pm, I'd consider swat gear. There's always some sketchy people hanging out in the lobby and in the parking lot. Probably not the best place to go alone, especially if you appear lost or uncertain. Maybe that's why the drive thru is out of the parking lot most nights. This the vampire of McDonalds, stay away at night.
