I come here every morning but I don’t always get the same thing, however by now Hannah has all my drink orders memorized and Crystal greets me by name. Amazing customer service, quick with getting out orders, and delicious drinks.

The manager that worked on September 10th 2022 around 9-12pm needs to be fired!! I ordered a mobile pick up order, 2 trenta strawberry refreshers with no water, no ice and no Strawberries. Which I have ordered it that way for over 5 years from many different starbucks across the USA and never had a problem with my order. When my husband went to pick up my order she had both drinks sitting on the counter half way filled up and of course my husband asked why and she stated that's what he gets since he ordered no ice and no water and stated if he wanted them filled up he would have to buy a grande. She was so rude and had the worst attitude. Heard from one of the customers in there that she's always that way. So I'm guessing I'm not the only person whom has had a problem with her! MANAGERS CAN NOT MAKE UP THEIR ON RULES!! For one thing lady! I can't taste like you! I was in a car accident when I was 18 and damaged my nerves in my senses and can not taste or smell like you can, so in other words everything has to be strong for me to taste it!! So you need to stop being so rude to people when you don't know their situation!!But thank you to starbucks corporate for always trying to make the situation right and for refunding me my money from that horrible experience!I will continue to use starbucks but definitely not at this location!!

Ordered a pike place with 1/2 & 1/2. They tried to challenge me 60cents for the 1/2 & 1/2. I questioned it and the girl said it comes black. Anything added is a charge. I walked out.

My drink was perfect. I seriously have nothing bad to say about that but i made sure to come on here to leave a review because it took THIRTY minutes in the freaking drive through. Not even kidding. Absolutely ridiculous. This isnt the first time either.
