The manger, Kerry, is the reason for me giving this Starbucks one star. She's rude to customers. I ordered drinks for my colleagues and she got an attitude with me when I asked for extra napkins. I wasn't the only customer she got an attitude with for asking for napkins as I saw Kerry get ugly with another customer who asked for napkins along with her water. Why are you getting an attitude over giving someone napkins with drinks? Drinks do spill especially when driving! Plus, It's just napkins woman!! Don't be so dramatize š±

I used to work here and ever since I have left I have only been met with amazing service. Being on the customer side after being a barista for many years makes me very particular but the amazing team at south college always makes the best drinks and customer connections! This is possibly the best Starbucks in the area! Always quick and accurate with the drinks. Always friendly! I always feel so loved every time I come in to this store! Thanks for being amazing!
Donāt hither going to college street for red cup today. I was told they sold out very early. Poor management in their part. Last year they had way more. I even got one during lunch. š¤¦āāļø very disappointed.

Iām here visiting from Charlotte, so I decided to stop by Starbucks. My drink was made incorrectly at the drive-thru. I sent it back and they didnāt do anything but try to pick the strawberries out of my drink instead of getting me another one. Cool. I went back a second time and a shift lead remade my drink only for it to be wrong AGAIN. I was already pulling out of Starbucks by the time I took a sip and realized it was wrong again. I was so frustrated I didnāt even bother to go back. Itās annoying. I already HATE complaining and making life hard on others but I really donāt like wasting money. I wish they knew how to treat everyone the same no matter what you look like.
Kind and uncomplicated.They take good care of what customers want.

Sunday 3/10/24 8:00 am. Tried order ahead and couldnāt so went ahead to the store. Two people standing outside said the store was closed? I know itās the end of spring break for Auburn but huh?? Store was completely empty. What in the world?
