I went through the drive through today and was missing a coffee. I had two small children in the car with me (2 & 1). I drove around the building, stopped by the window and asked the barista if she could hand me my drink.
She said, yes we have it but it was inside and i needed to come in.
When I told her I had two small children with me and if she could just hand it to me she rolled her eyes, put her hands up with a gesture that felt like “I can’t help you.” and walked away.
It felt very rude and frustrating. I don’t think I’ll be going to this location again.

This place is the busiest I’ve seen a Starbucks and Kinsey is killing it! Keeping orders organized, knows who’s done, and what number you are if it’s not. Any business would be lucky to have her. Kudos to everyone else on shift too!

Edit: Called and spoke to Julia, she offered a free remake and to check the milk in their fridges. I would still be incredibly cautious when purchasing products with milk. I will be checking every drink I receive from any business to prevent this from happening in the future.
I’ve been a regular at this starbucks for the 5 years i’ve lived here, i’ve never in my life experienced this. Insane amounts of white chunks at the bottom of my latte and black specs (could be espresso, but with the chunks I pray it’s not mold). You can see how much I drank before I noticed 😭 Needless to say I will not be returning. I will be checking my drinks for chunks from now on, can’t imagine how the barista didn’t notice while pouring it.

Ordered Decaf coffee and drove to the store this afternoon from home to get it. Could have brewed regular coffee at home but wanted a decaf because, you know, have less caffeine in the afternoon and evening. When I got to the store, barrista told me they only make decaf until 10:30AM....whaaaat? I'm not sure you guys have thought that this through...so not only did your app let me order and pay for something you would not make in the afternoon, but it didn't tell me you didn't have it so I drove to your store for what ended up being a caffinated coffee that I COULD HAVE MADE AT HOME. Not falling for that again.

I picked up a drink on my way to work, but the lid wasn't secured properly and it spilled all over my car. It was a huge mess, and more importantly, it nearly caused an accident. I was lucky, it was a close call. Please make sure lids are sealed tightly. Safety matters. Train your workers.

The manger, Kerry, is the reason for me giving this Starbucks one star. She's rude to customers. I ordered drinks for my colleagues and she got an attitude with me when I asked for extra napkins. I wasn't the only customer she got an attitude with for asking for napkins as I saw Kerry get ugly with another customer who asked for napkins along with her water. Why are you getting an attitude over giving someone napkins with drinks? Drinks do spill especially when driving! Plus, It's just napkins woman!! Don't be so dramatize 😱

I used to work here and ever since I have left I have only been met with amazing service. Being on the customer side after being a barista for many years makes me very particular but the amazing team at south college always makes the best drinks and customer connections! This is possibly the best Starbucks in the area! Always quick and accurate with the drinks. Always friendly! I always feel so loved every time I come in to this store! Thanks for being amazing!
Don’t hither going to college street for red cup today. I was told they sold out very early. Poor management in their part. Last year they had way more. I even got one during lunch. 🤦♀️ very disappointed.
