The Starbucks employees here are so friendly and are always greeting patrons with a smile. The coffees here also have a consistent quality and taste.

Ordered two blonde roast pour overs inside on January 29th around 1:53 PM. I was told they would take 5 minutes. No problem. 12 minutes go by without any word. I go up to an employee with pale skin and shaggy, curly, hair covering their eyes. The employee immediately asked if I was waiting on the pour overs. I said yes, and they responded with "they take awhile, we're working on them" with an attitude and a tone that made it seem like I'm being an impatient customer even though I hadn't said a word other than "yes". Not a friendly tone that would assure a customer that they are coming, no apology for it taking longer than I was initially told.The two drinks took 19 minutes, and they tasted horrible. Incredibly bitter. Also, there was a thick layer of coffee grounds at the bottom, of which I got a mouthful. Clearly they don't train their employees at this location in anything other than pressing buttons and pumping syrup.

Ok shows offs Yall did superb no need to show off and get a big head. Ok ok I get it the coffee was perfect. Shesh brag much. Yes this location wa very clean and the staff was much nicer than Andy other Starbucks I’ve been too. Omg I already said how great the coffee was,, would you staaaap your embarrassing me you soooo badddd!!!

Super friendly staff! Rarely make mistakes, but when they do, they are quick to fix them!
I've have given this place a try 1 too many times. They are literally horrible at their job. The coffee is always horrible thats the only thing you can count on. I went here for my birthday beverage and got my sister a VERY simple cappuccino to go with and they did everything they could to completely ruin my experience and birthday. My drink was missing over half of what I ordered and the "dry" cappuccino (one of the literal easiest drinks to make) was absolutely trash. Starbucks, I pay freaking 20 dollars for two drinks of trash. Very disappointing, I've worked at 10 service jobs growing up and moving around and no matter if I was in college or grown I took pride in my work. Just because this is ran by college students doesn't mean they get to do a horrible disrespectful job. Don't waste your time or hard earned money at this trash establishment. Very disappointing. I want my money back and I want my birthday drink back.

This is an excellent Starbucks location. They are fast, the drinks and food are made perfectly, and everyone is very friendly. There is some seating area that isn't too crowded earlier in the mornings, from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m.
