The student center starbucks has moved into a new, huge location in the building as of August 2023 and now has three ovens and a massive operation. They’re quick, despite being so busy. My food and coffee is always amazing and if something goes wrong they’re always nice and understanding about remaking it or giving you more milk or flavor. The baristas give good advice on what food and drinks to get and sometimes even give samples to try new things before you spend money on it. Great starbucks. War Eagle!

I was told by a girl at Starbucks this morning that if I want to add some milk to my coffee, I need to pay extra $1.25, how this can happen? No rules no harmony for the society?

Live, Laugh, Love Starbucks... except for this Starbucks located in the student center at Auburn University. THEY HAVE NO TOASTER???? You know how many days I would just die to have a nice warm and greasy egg bite or a nice warm croissant and I haven't been able to get them. Get a toaster pls. The manager of this store doesn't seem to be qualified as a manager. He has a terrible mind that is hard to believe that he is in the service industry. Even though there was a short size cup, he did not respond because it was not in the system, and the gold membership benefit, free coffee or tea, also said that it was not in this store. Lastly, I asked my daughter for an empty cup and he asked me to pay 25 cents. I will never go back to this store again.

I've tried several different orders of various latte's. They come out exactly the same. Poor taste (dead shot), too foamy (thought I got a wet cappuccino), wrong milk (ask for whole, got 2%), cup not full (inch below brim). Not worth going anymore.

I am royally pissed off with Auburn and Starbucks for having an employee this rude after this encounter. The staff, specifically this female with long dreads, was the rudest person I have ever encountered in the service industry. This says a lot considering I have worked in the service industry for at least 2 years. I first walked up to get my order and I said, "Hey how's it going". She looked up and then continued to go back to sulking around making drinks. I then said, "Hey ma'am do I need to order here or on grubhub?" because some Auburn food places only allow grubhub order now. She looked up once again at me and continued to ignore me. I was so stunned on how rude she was that I thought she might have been deaf and was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt. She then continued to sulk around and even be rude to her co workers. Shooting glares at them for trying to simply make drinks near her. The only reason I know she was not deaf is she took someones order shortly after ignoring me and having someone else take my order. I am not a picky person I don't need conversation just simply courtesy when spending money at a business. I hope Auburn and Starbucks remove this piss poor attitude from their staff.

Was late to pick up my mobile order (they had thrown away all the orders that hadn't been picked up since they were closing) and they made me a new drink even though they were closing! So sweet and will of course be back :)

The Starbucks here has slow service. Usually crowded. Also, I found out that they are not a participating store for those who bought any Starbucks time-based refillable cups or tumblers. If you come to this Starbucks regularly as a student, don’t buy or bring the month-long free Starbucks drink containers.

It's to loud for the baristas to hear orders and they mess them up constantly or at least mine. I speak loudly and they pretend to understand what I say and get my order wrong both times I've gone.
