I had a wonderful experience on today at Starbucks. The barista who took my order was very kind and helped with the app in which I didn’t know how to work. Customer service goes a long way and the crew here and the young lady who took my order are amazing!

This Starbucks was very unprofessional this morning I went through as always to get my morning coffee before work and there was cars in front of me I was smoking a cigarette as I was ordering and the girl on the speaker proceeded to tell me that I needed to put my cigarette out. First of all that is my car and I am a adult of age to smoke and I always put my cigarette out before I get to the window at any restaurant as a courtesy thing not because I have to. I called to speak with the manager and got a supervisor or they said they was anyways and said it is corporate policy you can’t smoke in their drive thru. Excuse me maam you can’t tell me I can’t smoke inside my car. Thank you and make sure your employees do their job and stop being rude on the speaker thanks. Oh and I am a server at a restaurant and I am never rude to my customers so yes it is possible.
I live in other apt, but the driver sent me the wrong address and It has disappeared

I came in during a morning rush. I ordered inside and Ian took my order. He was very kind and had great customer service. My food and drink came out swiftly and delicious. Overall, a great experience with very friendly staff.

Not a fan of the increased prices of already expensive drinks and the guilt-tipping. This location needs to add pylons to drive-through to prevent people from cutting the line and blocking traffic.

They never follow the instructions, always add whipped cream and the coffee was not even full. It definitely tastes worse than the other Starbucks stores. I order it every time thinking they would do better and they prove me wrong!

Around 5:45 on Oct 5th I came into the store for a simple order. My friend and I ordered at the same time, he received his drink and I didn’t receive mine. Mind you, this is after 20 minutes of standing there. I then stood at the counter for another 10 minutes and was told by Abby I’d have to stay there for another 15 minutes until the manager Sarah arrives from break before I could be refunded. I left, so essentially Starbucks said screw you, your drink and your money too unless you want to sacrifice even more of your time.
Would also like to note that the store had minimal traffic, Abby ignored me at the counter until I had to verbally call out to her. This is genuinely one of the worst consumer experiences I’ve ever had. I also never received my drink under the precedent that the 20-30 minutes I had been standing there be extended in order for me to receive a refund. Money out of my pocket, just taken essentially. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC.

Best Employees in the World
I have many problems with Starbucks. Cost. Quality of food items, etc. But… I want to take the time to give a shout out to the incredible baristas at the Auburn Mall location. They work so hard! They are always friendly. They are amazing. Starbucks gets it right in their hiring practices. ?

I usually go to Dunkin for my coffee but today Starbucks was closer. The barista Jyn recommended a coffee for me and now I don’t want anything else. He was so nice and very fast (+1 for super cool hair).
