I came in during a morning rush. I ordered inside and Ian took my order. He was very kind and had great customer service. My food and drink came out swiftly and delicious. Overall, a great experience with very friendly staff.

Not a fan of the increased prices of already expensive drinks and the guilt-tipping. This location needs to add pylons to drive-through to prevent people from cutting the line and blocking traffic.

They never follow the instructions, always add whipped cream and the coffee was not even full. It definitely tastes worse than the other Starbucks stores. I order it every time thinking they would do better and they prove me wrong! Not worth ordering from this place!

Had an iced lavender oatmeal latte and also a nonfat vanilla latte. Both were good.
Around 5:45 on Oct 5th I came into the store for a simple order. My friend and I ordered at the same time, he received his drink and I didn’t receive mine. Mind you, this is after 20 minutes of standing there. I then stood at the counter for another 10 minutes and was told by Abby I’d have to stay there for another 15 minutes until the manager Sarah arrives from break before I could be refunded. I left, so essentially Starbucks said screw you, your drink and your money too unless you want to sacrifice even more of your time.
Would also like to note that the store had minimal traffic, Abby ignored me at the counter until I had to verbally call out to her. This is genuinely one of the worst consumer experiences I’ve ever had. I also never received my drink under the precedent that the 20-30 minutes I had been standing there be extended in order for me to receive a refund. Money out of my pocket, just taken essentially. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC.

I have many problems with Starbucks. Cost. Quality of food items, etc. But… I want to take the time to give a shout out to the incredible baristas at the Auburn Mall location. They work so hard! They are always friendly. They are amazing. Starbucks gets it right in their hiring practices. ?

I usually go to Dunkin for my coffee but today Starbucks was closer. The barista Jyn recommended a coffee for me and now I don’t want anything else. He was so nice and very fast (+1 for super cool hair).

Nothing like some good ole Starbucks after a gut wrenching workout! Am I right? Or am I right?! Like getting done with chest ‘n’ tris then grabbing yourself some good ole hot chocolate afterwards. Since you know it’s just chocolate milk that has been warmed up with some shots of espresso to lift up your depresso.
But anyways!!!! I really enjoy coming here to this lovely establishment after my workouts over a cross the street. The staff at that particular lovely spot are absolutely the kindest and most hardworking people in auburn. They always get my order right since it is so simple and that’s the only thing I get from there.
The pastries over there are typical corporate pastries but the drinks that those gals/guys make over there are incredible like they put their very hardest out on the line for us.
I really like this spot and so should you. If any of y’all leave a negative review, rethink your lives and put yourself in their shoes.
Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian option, I can not speak on their behalf since I never have had their vegetarian option of foods but I really like their hot chocolate which is a vegetarian option.
Dietary restrictions: They dietary/healthier option if you choose to be healthy.
Parking: There’s definitely plenty of parking, it’s by a mall.
