Rude employees, a lot of cursing and loud talking from one employee same person everytime I go.. they be talking so loud and talking about stuff that we shouldn’t hear about. it’s like they doesn’t take the job serious. Good food tho!!

I had a bad experience at this steak & shake. It took 20 minutes to get my food, and when I ordered no one else except my friends were in the restaurant. When I actually received my food, there was hair in the french fries, and although the shake was served in a medium sized cup, it was only filled up half way. Burger was good.

They take so long and have half the menu of a normal one. They don't even have the staple fry sauce. It's actually absurd that this restaurant is allow to bear the name of steak and shake. It is a disgrace to the brand. Why would they allow this? Please stay away at all cost

Ratchet rude and unprofessional workers! They will see you standing there waiting to get an order placed and they will look back at you and want say we will be with you shortly or anything. I just walk away. They scratch their hair and face while making sandwiches and dancing all over people food cursing and having disgusting conversations out loud. All the customers be standing there just shaking their heads

Went today after a morning of studying, paid $5 for a frisco melt and fries and my burgers were literally so tiny and burnt. They are usually better than this but I am so mad

Food was good and really cheap. Though it doesnt offer the fastest service, even when there arent that many people waiting. So be prepared to be wait around 10 to 15 min waiting for food.

These people take the fast out of fast food. They did something wrong in hiring a staff, they're visually lazy and take no pride in the food they serve. I sat there for 20 minutes waiting on my food to be served when i could see it fresh in the fryer, they called orders infront of and after me, and then didn't even say sorry for the wait after the fact. Don't go here unless you want to take a percentage of your day for them to serve you cold food.

Worst customer service from a lady who rolled her eyes at me for paying with cash. Then asked for a name, got it wrong and wouldn't even reply to me when I tried to make her aware. quite a way to show tolerance to international students of Auburn.
Food quality is great. But im currently listening to the employees cuss and talk obnoxiously from around the corner while I and other students are trying to study.

My food was wrong, twice. A family’s food was wrong and took 20 mins to correct. Our cups stayed waiting for a refill including the kids after asking for the manager, she might as well just said sorry we suck but oh well here is a juice box for free. Enjoy your napkin thin burger patty.
