This short black woman on the staff was extremely rude. She was very stingy with everything even the vegetables. When I asked for more she cussed at me, proceeded to try to argue (she was really arguing with herself I don’t argue with stupid people.) She was just very rude and unprofessional. I asked to be served by somebody else and she went and whispered something to the next employee who resumed the serving in the same very stingy way. The employees had no name tag so I cannot say her name but do not go there.

This is a tow company branch, not a food company. I saw the staff talked with the tow car driver a lot for a timely tow.
🤨 I understand being out of items, but to not tell me and for me to find this once I got home?
ordered a sandwich with just baja chipotle sauce on it and bite into a lot of baja sauce with mustard underneath it. almost like they messed up and instead of wiping it off they just covered it with baja sauce. good thing im not allergic bc id be in the hospital right now. it doesn’t take that much to wipe it off 🙄
the other subway locations are always good in my opinion but this one is not it

I stood at the counter for probably 10 mins before actually getting to place my order. I understand you’re busy but it was ridiculous to wait 10 mins to tell them what I wanted.
Took 15 mins to walk out of there.

WARNING: When a handwritten sign that looks like a first grader made it says “Subway Parking Only,” believe it. I thought, “How serious can they be?” Answer: VERY. The manager has Auburn Express Towing on speed dial—my car (with my toddler’s car seat) was gone in less 45 minutes. I’m from out of town and couldn’t find parking nearby. The parking lot and Subway were completely empty… I wonder why. The manager sits in the back on her phone and calls the tow company faster than you can order a sandwich.

Older white lady with short hair is very rude. Gave me a dirty look and didn’t say a word to me just ignored me.

Monday July 28 around 3pm I came in and there was a short black girl and an older white lady. They were both absolutely rude and had disgusting character and customer service. Rolling eyes at me saying they were just about to get off work, and that I need to go somewhere else. I ignored what they said and with a smile on my face and continued to say what I wanted to order. I Had gotten 3 sandwiches and the short black girl proceeded to throw the food on my sandwich not handling with any care! Luckily the older white lady told her to do it right so they can go home. Continuing to fix my sandwich. They both made rude comments and faces at what I wanted on the sandwiches. Literally had a comment from the meat to the lettuce and sauces. Laughing at me as a joke or something and saying I was making stupid recommendations. I felt insulted, uncomfortable and disrespected. I didn’t even argue back with them or say anything to cause any issues. I simply walked in and kindly ordered my food. They obviously don’t respect or care to work for you guys at subway and from seeing other customers reviews about the same people they honestly deserve to be fired!

I come in here often and this is the first time I've had a bad experience. The girl who took my order was rude and pushy. I got a sandwich combo and after I was done putting things on it, she started wrapping it up without asking if I wanted it toasted and before i could say, then when I spoke up, she got an attitude about me not saying I wanted that. She toasted it for only 20 seconds instead of the full minute or so.
I had a drink with my order and when I tried filling it up, all the ones I tried were flat. When I told her she went back to check the carbo bags and said they were all fine, but they clearly weren't because I could taste it also there weren't any bubbles. I asked for a bottled drink since I already paid for a combo and she argued with me multiple times about the fountain being fine. I walked out without a drink that I paid for because her energy was so awful and I wish I could take back my tip.

Staff was very friendly and fun
This place is usually good with service and I have never had a problem. However the service was TERRIBLE today. There’s a young lady I have never seen in there before, but she is super rude and rushed me the whole time I was trying to choose my veggies.
The food is okay, but the employees are rude. They act childish, will yell at you, and they are not wearing name tags or hair nets. I would recommend you avoid this location!
They do not accept physical gift cards but only through the app. I paid for a footlong dipper and was not informed they were out of the flatbread used to make it. I asked for compensation or something in exchange and all I got was a measly piece of bread and cheese. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
