I come in here often and this is the first time I've had a bad experience. The girl who took my order was rude and pushy. I got a sandwich combo and after I was done putting things on it, she started wrapping it up without asking if I wanted it toasted and before i could say, then when I spoke up, she got an attitude about me not saying I wanted that. She toasted it for only 20 seconds instead of the full minute or so.
I had a drink with my order and when I tried filling it up, all the ones I tried were flat. When I told her she went back to check the carbo bags and said they were all fine, but they clearly weren't because I could taste it also there weren't any bubbles. I asked for a bottled drink since I already paid for a combo and she argued with me multiple times about the fountain being fine. I walked out without a drink that I paid for because her energy was so awful and I wish I could take back my tip.

They do not accept physical gift cards but only through the app. I paid for a footlong dipper and was not informed they were out of the flatbread used to make it. I asked for compensation or something in exchange and all I got was a measly piece of bread and cheese. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Be warned. These people will tow you, even if it's 8 in the morning and the store isn't even opened. These old ladies are freaking vultures and will sit there behind the dumpsters, smoke their cigarettes, and laugh at you while you sit there and pay the tow truck so he will remove the boot off your car. I was gone for 4 minutes. I was planning on going back there for lunch with my girlfriend when she went on her lunch break. I really wish the worst for this establishment.

Terrible experience. Towed my car because I walked away for 10 minutes. Employees have terrible attitudes and the restaurant is literally disgusting. Cups left on tables. Floor needed sweeping. Lettuce old and limp. The manager was heartless and lied about everything. DO NOT EAT
