This was my first time to this Subway. The atmosphere was horrible. The staff working was rude and slamming stuff. The shelves were empty and I had to ask for a lid for my drink because all of that area was empty. Subway you need people that at least act like they want to be at work!

Went on my lunch, and wow Maddie was the only person there. I always experience bad customer service with Subway, never pay attention to it. Maddie was a one-of-a-kind, she was the nicest and had a beautiful smile. World-class customer service!! deserve a recognition!!

Rude bad atmosphere stank don't want to work attitude don't know how to wrap 🌯 sandwiches 🥪 even if they had manual on how to wrap one. Neatness and Customer service is out the window 🪟 here. Then they turn me away talking we don't take money from your kind here. By the way WHATABURGER wanted me to say THANKS SUBWAY for the business you so rudely turn away.

I had a disappointing experience here today. The store was in disarray – shelves were empty, the drink machine was leaking, and items advertised as available, like ham and the foot-long churros I was looking forward to, were out of stock. Only one employee was working, handling everything by herself. She was very friendly, but when making my sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich, there was a miscommunication, and she mistakenly put jalapeños all over it that I didn’t want. I didn’t have the heart to ask her to remake it, especially since they were out of cheese, so I ended up paying for a sandwich I probably won’t eat (she did scrape the jalepenos off but you can’t get rid of that juice)a I understand supply chain issues, but I think management should step up and support their staff, especially during busy times like lunch.

I was not satisfied at all I ordered a pizza online I said less jalapeños they gone just throw all jalapeños they had at that subway on my pizza and then they didn’t even try to toast it , cheese was not melted bacon looked raw like they added bacon after putting it in oven for what lil time they did , come on now letssss do better !!!!

This store just reopened with new staff. The two sisters running this place now are awesome. Everything was retouched and remodeled inside, the food was great and the ladies working were very friendly. This location is so back.

I use to work there but due to night shift getting the blame for everything I left and found a better job they couldn't pay me enough to work at subway ever again they were showing favorites to other employees I always tried to be positive and respectful to customers and make their sandwiches like the customers wanted but when there is only 1 employee willing to work and that one employee it's hard and I had to sweep mop and sweep stock the chip rack wash the dishes for night shift and morning shift I honestly like my job I have now way better they work with me because I have a 2 and 3 year old and I go in at 9 and get off when I'm done it may 7 days a week and alot of hours but wouldn't trade it for any other job I hate to be that way but to me they lost 1 of their best employee because ei tried to work my butt off for them and not to mention they lie to you about everything

We stopped two times in the last couple of days due to moving. First time the service was fine and we only stopped for a snack and to take a break-we did not order sandwiches.
Second visit, we ordered sandwiches. While looking at the food, some looked frozen and other food looked old. I started looking around for the food score, which I was a little shocked to see a 99 score from 4/3/24. When we set down to eat, I noticed a girl in the back (employee side) that was not wearing a subway uniform and I really don’t know what she was doing. I don’t believe she was an employee and if she was she did not appear to be working at that time - almost like a friend of the employees was hanging out in the back. She would just walk by a couple of times in the back. Before leaving, my husband went to use the restroom and saw the same girl sitting backwards on the toilet snorting something.
So, leaving a 1 star review, which I feel is too generous. No clue what is going on in the back of the store or if the employees are even washing their hands. Absolutely disgusting.

I ordered a flatbread footlong for pickup…. They gave me this and I even asked her about it. She said it was a footlong and I was like alright sure. Wasn’t gonna make a scene but definitely not going back. Plus it took an extra 20 minutes even though I was the only person there?
