Incredibly rude & abrasive worker (her name is supposedly Kay, an African American lady with braids - didn’t have a name tag but told me her name). She does not need to be serving or interacting with customers whatsoever. I don’t have the time and energy to tell the whole story, but she was hostile to me and my buddy who were just trying to grab a couple subs for lunch. Every request for every ingredient or topping was met with attitude and annoyance. I even went back up to buy a couple cookies and she wouldn’t let me pick a specific one (which was literally right next to the one she grabbed), exclaiming “you get wut you get.” No thank you’s, no welcome’s. Just annoyance start to finish at having to do her job.

Lady always has an attitude & was at the smoke shop when i was tryna order.
I was craving a Steak and Cheese Sub from Subway. As, I walked in the Subway All I felt was Negative Energy. Not welcomed actually no one was, went to register to order saying this will be to go she said come down here LIKE I WAS SUCH A BOTHER FOR HER TO HAVE TO DO HER JOB. I've worked in the Food Industry 20 plus years. Zero Eye contact, attitude the entire experience, just rude, I said I will take the cheese sauce for the steak garlic and cheese the other girl said not to me we don't have it. I said it's okay that point I just wanted to leave. I said I'll get a drink fountain I said can I get Tea? We don't have any! To be honest I can guarantee you that this experience that I had I'm not the only one. I will definitely be going to a different Subway. First impression is huge it determines if you will retain a new customer or loose one. Food is great but the negative energy I received will kill your business.
The worst experience. Two frat boys walked in before me at 8:50 and I was less than 5 seconds behind them. The lady behind the counter took them and started on their order. When I walked through the door she immediately dismissed me and told me that they closed when they were still
Open for another 10 minutes. Disrespectful and racist.
This was my first time to this Subway. The atmosphere was horrible. The staff working was rude and slamming stuff. The shelves were empty and I had to ask for a lid for my drink because all of that area was empty. Subway you need people that at least act like they want to be at work!

Went on my lunch, and wow Maddie was the only person there. I always experience bad customer service with Subway, never pay attention to it. Maddie was a one-of-a-kind, she was the nicest and had a beautiful smile. World-class customer service!! deserve a recognition!!

Rude bad atmosphere stank don't want to work attitude don't know how to wrap 🌯 sandwiches 🥪 even if they had manual on how to wrap one. Neatness and Customer service is out the window 🪟 here. Then they turn me away talking we don't take money from your kind here. By the way WHATABURGER wanted me to say THANKS SUBWAY for the business you so rudely turn away.

I had a disappointing experience here today. The store was in disarray – shelves were empty, the drink machine was leaking, and items advertised as available, like ham and the foot-long churros I was looking forward to, were out of stock. Only one employee was working, handling everything by herself. She was very friendly, but when making my sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich, there was a miscommunication, and she mistakenly put jalapeños all over it that I didn’t want. I didn’t have the heart to ask her to remake it, especially since they were out of cheese, so I ended up paying for a sandwich I probably won’t eat (she did scrape the jalepenos off but you can’t get rid of that juice)a I understand supply chain issues, but I think management should step up and support their staff, especially during busy times like lunch.

I was not satisfied at all I ordered a pizza online I said less jalapeños they gone just throw all jalapeños they had at that subway on my pizza and then they didn’t even try to toast it , cheese was not melted bacon looked raw like they added bacon after putting it in oven for what lil time they did , come on now letssss do better !!!!
