Disgusting place. Filthy bathroom, filthy floors, filthy counters, served me rotten lettuce. This place needs to be shut down by the health department.

Came to this Auburn location. I’m from out of town, Montgomery. I’m working here and I get 30 minutes for lunch. I spent 10 minutes of them driving to this location and I get up to order my usual. Meatball on flatbread. Only to be told by the guy making the sandwiches and working the register, that I could not have my meatball on flatbread. he thought it was a bad idea. This is how I’ve been doing it and it’s how I’m gonna continuedoing it. Thank you for completely ruining my lunch. I had to eat out of a convenient store, sir. I hope you’re happy.
I decided to open the middle half of my sub only to find something brown on the lettuce. I will not return here again.

Stopped by this location on Ogletree to pick up lunch for my daughter and me. Elizabeth was such a joy. The restaurant was clean and well stocked. She was swift with making my order. She even helped add a mom note for my daughter! I definitely recommend you visit this location!

Horrible!!!! No greeting. He just stood there looking at me so I has to assume he was ready to take my order. He didn't ask what I wanted on my sandwich just started making it and put the wrong cheese. I was still ordering food when the cashier tried to make me pay. I still was placing orders for sandwiches so how did they know what to charge me for. I told him I wanted to split the payment with the person with me and he charged the whole thing to my card without saying anything. If I didn't have enough on my card to cover that could've been a insufficient fund fee. He tried to keep my receipt when I got ready to leave. I hadn't been to subway in are least a year and I guess this is what I get for trying them again. I hope nobody else has this experience.
We had dinner on Friday night and loved it so much we had to return on Sunday for brunch. Lisa leads a great staff. Customer service is spectacular. A must eat.
