We had the chicken teri roll, philly roll, gyosa sampler, and shrimp fried rice. Both sushi rolls were tasty with a nice ratio of ingredients. The gyosa sampler was fried well and is a nice way to try multiple fillings - all were good, the vegetable was probably my favorite. The shrimp fried rice has a unique, spiced flavor with a huge portion of rice with lots of shrimp, especially for the price. Good value overall!
They were so accommodating to us. My fiancé took me and our son here to enjoy an early dinner and EVERYTHING was 10/10. The first thing Lana did was greeted us and asked what she could cut the tv on to help entertain our son. TALK ABOUT TOP NOTCH SERVICE. Not to mention she was so kind and patient. I tried my first sushi ever (Lorenzo Roll) it was amazing. Not to mention the servings were great as well for the price. Thank you so much we will DEFINITELY be back.
Kid-friendliness: They even cut on my sons favorite show and brought him a little birdie AND helped him with his chopsticks.
Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a ramp and plenty of accessible parking

We love good sushi and after living in Auburn for over 20 years had our couple favorite, which changed ownership and went bad. Tried several places to no avail. A couple of weeks ago went to Sushi Hero for lunch, and were impressed with the food, service, and reasonable price. It immediately became our favorite, and already went back several times. They know what they’re doing and hope they keep it up.

Ok place....as I am just passing through, not sure if this is as expected for the area. Their menu posted online shows lunch options which they do not do, no explanation when asked.

Ahi Tower was FANTASTIC! The Soup was FANTASTIC! The service was great. the dude was pretty nice, smiling, and just seemed generally happy. I came in for my hour lunch break, ordered, ate, left, and still 30 minutes to spare before I had to be back at work. Great experience.

We got the all you can eat, *food came very fast, waitress was so sweet and fast* each of us started out with 4 rolls which would have been easy to eat if we weren't so hot. The entire restaurant was sweltering. The food was amazing but we physically got sick because of how hot we were and couldn't eat all our food, therefore we had to pay full price, which was fine btw, it was in the rules of the all you can eat. *very cool concept * it was an odd experience, very good food, but it was so hot inside the restaurant you couldn't eat, without getting sick. Will be back again once AC is fixed.

I have never had a serve be THIS rude, and disrespectful to me… Let me start this by I AM a resturant manager.. I understand all restaurants run differently… We got the upside down appetizer (comes with 4). We both ate 1, so 2 are gone, and i find a hair in the third… so we send it back don’t even complain just asked it to be removed. I thought it was handled. Food comes out, my sushi burrito had NO SUSHI!! and the other was wrong … I just told them i’d pay and leave, and she still charged me for everything even the app with hair in it. I said “i’m not paying for this” she argued with me saying we are over half of it!! Wr get the manager over and I ended up paying for half of the meal and I STILL TIPPED 5 dollars and the server just sat there and rolled her eyes… SO to sum it up.. hair in food, one meal filling missing the meat, and the other was wrong. Argued with me to make me pay for it all even though none of the meals were even touched except for one bite and we knew it was wrong. But the meals got paid for and we left. But we will never be back… I WISH I could rate this a Zero..

Everything we had tonight was awful from the food to the service. Nothing came out the way it was supposed and we even had a hair in some food. They try to comp it or try and make it up in any way. Our server didn’t know what she was doing and was very rude even when we were trying to tip her she rolled her eyes and walked away. Bad food wasn’t the servers fault but a bad attitude is. Restaurant wasn’t busy and food still took 30-45 minutes. Had been here a couple of times before but we won’t be back.

Great waiter, and good sushi for the all you can eat

They have really good sushi and fried rice. They give you paper sheet where you can choose various types of sushi they offer in different quantities. This gives options to try one to multiple types of sushis if you are interested in trying several recipes. I went there once and planning to go again.

Some coworkers and I went here for lunch while the college students were out of town. The sushi quality and value were very good. The miso soup was good, but another in our party ordered the onion soup which looked much better! The service was slow for our table (which granted, was a large group of 9). There was only one other table, which was also a group of 5 or 6. I do not think this was the fault of the server, as it seems that there were only 2 people actually working. A third guy showed up and was working the phones, which is understandably important, but overall it took just shy of 2 hours from when we sat to when we were paid up and walking out.I'm willing to give this place another shot as the food/ susi really was quite good. All you can eat is the way to go!I'll update my ratings if my experience differs the next time.

This is by far the best sushi I have tasted in town. My wife and I love sushi but have not gotten what we really crave and that’s just good fresh original sushi. This place had it at amazing prices. I will never get my sushi any where else. Absolutely amazing. My two custom rolls and a salad were only 18.00 plus tax.

I ordered from this place off of DoorDash. With that said the bag was wrapped up so it was not DoorDash. I called the store and told them that I only had one little piece of steak and three pieces of chicken and that was it with rice and I also ordered soup and a salad I did not get my soup. So I called the The place and the guy that answered the phone gave it to the manager, who then said he checks all the food that leaves out and there is no way that that was the case with his food. I said I am not lying . He pretty much said I was lying and did nothing. I said well I will never order from y’all again and I hung up. This is ridiculous. The amount of food that came for the amount of money I paid was ridiculous. I will never order from them again. This place needs new management and new staff and stop trying blame DoorDash when the bag was sealed
