Waited two hours for a UberEats pickup order and didn’t even get it I just left, all of the employees were unhelpful and rude and upset that people were asking questions when they were waiting.

The night shift over here is the worst Taco Bell is ment to be the fast but they take years to make 1 order I waited almost 40 mins and they are not customer friendly and are very rude

Ordered tonight and when I bit into my crunchwrap supreme was disappointed to find half of it contained solely lettuce, no meat or cheese. The other half contained only a small portion of meat. Was super hungry so was quite disappointed by the sloppy way it was made and the terrible portioning of the food.

HORRIBLE! Needs to be closed down! They never have ANYTHING! I’ve been 3 times to get the nacho fries,they never have them! And they never have any of the freezes! Always only ONE flavor! No wonder there is NEVER any customers there! I go to this one because the location is convenient for me but NEVER AGAIN! I will HAPPILY GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!

I am not one to leave a review ever, but I want to give a special shoutout to April at the drive thru. She is there almost every time I come, and while that isn’t often, she makes my experience every time. She is always working so hard and remembers my face even after months of not seeing me. I feel like most fast food places in Auburn seem to not have the kindest employees, so wanted to shout out a rare kind soul. Love getting to see her! 🫶🏼

The service is always kind, but the night shifts are always incredibly slow. No matter what time of day, they are always forgetting something (sauces, utensils, so on). Not the worst Taco Bell in America but definitely in the bottom 60%

What the hell? I was with my lovely beautiful wife after we beat Tennessee in basketball (WAR EAGLE BTW) and we ordered two crunchwraps while I also placed a mobile order for an extra taco which I accrued due to reward points. We got the crunchwraps in good condition, but after waiting about five minutes while being stared at by employees, I was greeted by one who asked me what I had left. I replied that I was waiting on the one aforementioned taco, to which I was replied “that’s depressing” from the drive through employee. I would like to not have this experience in the future.
