First of all every table in there is sticky and there’s this one dude with black hair every time he’s there he messes up my order or makes give me a tortilla with sauce in it that’s can’t be called a burrito the rest of the staff is very nice and good at there job especially the managers I go here often cuz I’m broke and it’s close to campus but can you please get rid of him he sucks at everything and I’ve tried to order coffee (it’s on the menu ?) and they tried to gaslight me even though I ordered through the app

Drive-through service was fine, food was not worse than expected. I was disappointed with the Mountain Dew Baja Blast I ordered because it was diluted. As in, the soda machine needed to be changed out. They didn't have any chicken left for the burrito. But it was late so I didn't mind too much.

This is going to be a long review, so please bear with me. I placed my order on the Taco bell app and had no issues with the app. The order stated to come in and pick up, so I arrived at the store to pick up. I told the cashier I had placed my order, and they confirmed it had been received. I make my drinks and go sit down, fifteen minutes later, confused, I go up to check on my order. The cook at the end of the line informs me he does have the order and he's working on it. I then go back, sit down again, watching various others receiving their orders, waiting on my name to be called. after another 15 minutes the cashier comes back to check on me, wondering why I haven't gotten my order, and goes to check, and apparently my order was missing from the lineup, so she replaces the order for me, after another fifteen minutes of waiting, I finally decide I've had enough and decide to cancel the order, only to find that the money has ALREADY been taken out of my bank, and that the order is marked as completed. I return to the cashier, who gets her manager, who tells me a DoorDash individual came to pick up the order for me, and they're remaking it for me. I FIND THIS VERY ODD, considering I was in their lobby the entire time. and not once was my name called out by either Taco Bell representatives, or Doordash individuals. After an hour of waiting, my order was finally completed, but I had already very much lost the desire of the food. I was very unsatisfied, and I also feel lied to by both the line cooks, AS WELL AS, the manager on duty.

I was waiting for order and I was at front counter one of the cooks was wearing gloves but she approach the trashcan she basically smear food on the trashcan with gloves on that was most disgusting and unsanitary I seen at restaurant and she basically appear too fix food after that I ask her hey are going too change gloves she reply and said why you watching me I’m glad I saw what she did because I won’t be eating there ever again. The manger had to tell her to change gloves she did not even wash her hands after that. If she did that in front customers no telling what is done when customers are not there If you get sick from there that will be main reason why I would not recommend eating there at all ?

NEVER go at night! The service is painfully slow. Either they’re understaffed, or they need to learn to cut off mobile orders once it starts to overload the system. Should not have to wait over 30 minutes in a drive thru for a burrito.
