If you’re going to have an attitude at a job your best bet is to just go home . I picked up food from this location with horrible customer service . A night shift crew with a lightskin man , tall , dreads locs was very rude no type of manners. Young lady heavy set with braids African American very rude and disrespectful no type of manners. Be mindful to hire better people with much respect and well mannered.

Ordered 2 items - a burrito and a 12 pack of the Cinnabon bites. We got the burrito but they gave us chips and cheese dip?? The sticker on the bag even says Cinnabon bites but lo and behold we get chips and cheese. Not very pleasant employees either.

Employees were loudly cursing and verbally fighting on the line. Not the experience I wanted for my children. The manager was part of it.
The food at this location is up to standard with a typical Taco Bell, the problem is you can’t actually eat it because they leave some of your order out of the bag consistently. I write this review after three straight incomplete orders.

I've been waiting in the drive-through for 13 minutes, and I witnessed a confrontation between two employees and two customers outside in the drive-through by the microphone/speaker. I then was asked to be put on hold for 5 minutes. Seemed resolved after that. Food was good!

I’m tired of having to take a hot quesadilla and dip it in cold jalapeño sauce. This is the 3rd time it’s happened. The next time they don’t put sauce on the quesadilla, I’m gonna ask for a hot and fresh one to be made for me, the correct way. Have you tasted it without the sauce? It’s just meat and cheese. The sauce is what makes it Taco Bell. It’s also just this location that does this to people.

This place is never open at 8am like the signs say. Pretty weak taco bell location.
Came to drive thru and nobody answer for a while. Finally someone answered and they didn’t have #6 chalupas. Then I tried to order something else that was new and didn’t have that and they didn’t have sprite. Seems like you were not having anything or were not trying to make the orders.
