First of all, the drive thru worker (not that it matters but make with fake nails) barely cared to give my food to me. I had to sit and watch him chat away. Second of all, I ordered crunchy tacos. Somehow ended up with the Doritos shell? Not what I wanted. Thank God I got a quesadilla too. Update: they didn’t even get my chicken quesadilla right. I’m eating steak or something.

Picked up two mobile orders for myself and a friend in the drive through. Gave them both names and they made us pick up my order and then DRIVE AROUND THE DRIVE THRU A SECOND TIME to pick up my friend’s. This was at 8pm, no other cars in the drive thru. What??

Place a mobile order. Everything was okay except the 5-Layer that I asked to not have beans- had an endless amount of beans. It was the complete opposite of what I asked for, not grilled, loads of beans (I mean, nothing but beans) and no jalapeños. ?

Me and my sister went here for dinner and she asked for nacho cheese on her burrito and they LOADED it with nacho cheese. 1000/10 I recommend them!!! The staff were amazing and ASKED what all she was wanting on her burrito
Vegetarian options: They had vegetarian options and you could clearly see what was labeled for vegetarians and not.
Dietary restrictions: They have options for dietary needs
Parking: They had plenty of parking and handicap accessible parking
Wheelchair accessibility: They had ramps and handicap parking

This is the third time I have been through there and the lady just snaps at you for LITERALLY no reason. I was extremely polite even after the first time she snapped at me. Usually I give places 3 strikes. The first time I always figure they are just having a bad day, second time I am more like ok whatever, and then the third time is when I say something. The kicker is that it is ALWAYS THE SAME EMPLOYEE. SHE LITERALLY ACTS LIKE THAT YOU COMING THROUGH DRIVE, NO MATTER HOW SMALL THE ORDER IS, THAT YOU ARE INCONVENIENCING HER. She just keeps her back turned towards the window (she had another lady with her that was extremely sweet) while she sips on her drink. Do not go to this Taco Bell. Corporate will be notified of this continuing issue that is obviously not being taken care of by management.

Whoever was working the night shift on 10/5/24 was actually the rudest person I’ve ever come into contact with. I work for an affiliate company with Taco Bell and we would NEVER treat our customers like I was treated tonight.
Wanted a chicken quesadilla but they were out of chicken, got steak instead. Food was good. They accidentally gave me two drinks. Can’t complain.

Went through drive through, 8.18.24 about 10:20 pm . Very rude . It took me driving through twice to get my order taken. I wasn’t greeted, it was more of a “ what do you want “ “ mhmmm”. Terrible.
