This taco bell started off very strong. Probably the best taco bell I've ever had. In the last 3-4 months I've noticed the quality of the food diminish drastically. I like to do a pickup order around 6-7PM for dinner sometimes and the last four times my food has tasted like it has been in the freezer a little too long. Mostly anything with a tortilla has a had a really strong freezer taste. Also the beefy 5 layer (my fav burrito) has had an extra chemical taste that isn't pleasant. Sour cream also tasted expired on my last order. I'll try it again in a few months ?

Night Shift manager and associates are very rude called due to a simple online order mistake and they handled me very rude before hanging up the phone in my face without handling my issue. I was told by another store manager to contact them about my issue. I do not recommend anyone to eat there or to give them their business if they like to have issues address in a kind manner
My problem ordered at the wrong location was told to get a refund. They told me that’s not their problem and hung up the phone in my face. I’ve called several times and no one will answer. They could have at least told me to speak with the morning shift manager or someone higher up and I would have been OK with that but it’s just the fact that total disrespect and rudeness in all .
