Refried beans with chorizo are just refried beans, there is no chorizo, I was expecting to get something really good and just got refried beans, microwaved straight from the can😔, the rest of the meals are good

I used to love this place truly, but man when they say all toppings are free, it’s because they use a baby spoon to put it on, I ordered a steak bowl with extra pico (none was on there) sour cream, rice, cilantro, and guacamole. I ended up using the chips they give you because if I didn’t eat the chips it’ll I would’ve had about a child’s portion. A year or two ago I went here a lot because I could sure spend 16$ on a bowl but I was full. Now it’s disgraceful. Then let’s talk about cleanliness or food prep. I never do a review but now it’s enough, last time and this time I went there thinking last time was a coincidence I got violently sick an hour later. Throwing up almost all of it. This cost me 23.50 after tipping the lady pushing buttons only $3 tip. Why the heck wouldn’t you just got to chipotle, more food, fresh as well and rewards so at least at some point you get a free meal. They’re taking advantage of college parents who give their card away. That bowl cost them 4$ to make and it is a 500% mark up. Do not eat here, go to tacorita if you don’t like chipotle.

They provide slightly fun and crave-able, good quality tacos with fresh ingredient topping options. Also, they sell nice small sides.
I really wish for sour cream option to make the tacos alone seem complete. This complementing process is done by putting a good amount along the inside, against the shell, and slightly combined with their decent quality taco meat. The sour cream adds a nice satisfying element and helps combine the flavors to make the meal scrumptious. 🧀 🌮 💃 🥑 🍅 🥬 🥩🥛

This was my first time trying Taco Mama in Auburn and it was a good experience. The service stood out right away because the cashier was friendly and walked me through the menu. The portion sizes are solid. I got a burrito with chips, a side, and a drink for $15.50 which is pretty reasonable. I will definitely come back.

This was my all time favorite restaurant for many years, but sadly the portion size and food quality have been slowly declining — while the price has become exponential.
You cant get away without spending AT LEAST 30 dollars for ONE meal.
Portions are really small, and the freshness of the food varies widely depending on when you go.

It is alright! Would be better if they got a handle on salt control. Every bite will dehydrate you. Especially if you get caterering. Hoping they figure out the sweet spot of seasoning and down right hurting.

We ordered the catering for 105 people and had plenty of food for everyone and then some! Everything was delicious and couldn’t have asked for a better restaurant or catering coordinator to work with for an amazing taco bar set up!!! Amanda was awesome and super professional answering all my questions as well!
