The worst experience of my downtown restaurant that i have explored i went inside and the restaurant was not too busy still there was no one to assist me i was looking at the workers no one bothered to even walk at me and some of them were eating in front of everyone others were just busy in talking with each other no one care as if i m sitting in the restaurant or not would never go there again

Menu was appetizers, Tacos and alcohol and other drinks too. Sweet tea was great. My family enjoyed it. We all thought the food was great. We were impressed with the prices. We thought it was a good idea to price each Taco. I got a chicken and pulled pork Toco. It had a lot of meat in both. ❤️❤️❤️🌮🌮🌮

Claire was the bartender on 03/29/2025 and I had lunch there with a friend. We were the only ones there at the bar. She never filled up my water after I finished it. So I only had one glass of water. She also spoke very poorly in front of us to a co worker. She has a bad attitude that should be address by a manager.

My finance and I went hoping we would enjoy it. The Mexican food in this area is already disappointing, so we were hoping this would be different. However, the service wasn’t great and the food was especially underwhelming. The queso and salsa both tasted like something you’d buy from the grocery store (instead of being made fresh). Also, I ordered a Coors thinking it would be a Coors Banquet (the waitress said it was) only to receive a Coors light. When it was time to pay I was blown away to see the beer was $6. Overall disappointing experience.

Always a good choice. Fresh squeezed margaritas are fantastic, chips and queso are on point. Tacos are always good with uniqe options. 10/10.

My girls night out dinner at Tacorita was so delicious. I had a cheesy chicken taco and barbecue pork taco, which were both 10/10. In addition to the amazing food, our server Joe was beyond excellent! He was very friendly, hard working, and served our food and drinks quickly. One of the best servers I have ever had. Definitely recommend Tacorita!

I am not one to write google review but one needs to be made. So I had never been to Tacorita, but heard good things and since it was back, I thought I would invite a friend to try it out.
My issue was more with the service but to summarize the food: The salsa was so bland it tasted like they grab a cheap can from Walmart and placed it in there. When I got my tacos, the carne asada was tasty. But the other two (BBQ Pork and Firecracker Shrimp) were inedible. The sauce they had on both of them I couldn’t place but they tasted like a flavor I’ve never had but could have gone my life without knowing. for me, the food was not up to my taste buds but I’d like to note everyone had different tastes.
Now my main issue: The service. Service started off great, but when it came time to pay is when I was shocked and it ruined the whole meal. When our server came over for us to pay, I went first and he left the card reader for me to pay as I was finding my card in my purse. I tapped to pay and tipped 18% and signed the line (which my friend saw me do cause my signature was funky at the angle I was signing). So I was done and then my friend paid and it was fine for her. Then he checked to make sure it all went through then turns to me and says “Did you mean to not leave a tip”. Mind you my friend and I look at each other cause we both saw me leave a tip. So being the person I am I say that I did click the tip button so I’m not sure why it would say I didn’t. I almost thought about leaving cash in case I didn’t but then I thought two things 1: I only had a 20 and that was almost a 66% tip and 2: Even if I had not tipped, that is not an appropriate thing for a waiter to say. It rubbed me in the wrong way and even a few hours after that dinner I am still thinking about it.
If I get invited by in the distant future maybe I’ll try it again but I will probably not go back until they make some changes to the food and improve the service.

This place is amazing!!! Incredible staff with amazing ticket times. We got our food so quickly and it was delicious. The chef’s from the kitchen even came out to our table to thank us for eating there. Ambience is a 10/10. Staff is incredible. Laura, Auburn and Maddie we’re so friendly and awesome. We will definitely be coming back!!! Thank you Taco Rita!!!! I love you!!!!

I got a to go order of fried avocados and when we places the order they said “it’ll be 20 minutes” and it was not busy at all and then I came back and they said “it’ll be 20 more minutes” and keep in mind it still isn’t busy. And then I get this half don’t fried avocados with barely any avocados. I know when u eat inside they give u more than this. They where slimy and not fried. AN HR for this. This isn’t the first time.
I wouldn't recommend Tacorita. We waited over an hour for our food. We had subpar service (I am being very gracious). The quality of the food, unfortunately, did not make up for the disappointment. there are plenty of places nearby that I believe are easier to appreciate and enjoy. I do however, hope something will be done to improve the quality of service and food.

This is my favorite taco place because of the large selection of tacos. They offer some unique flavors. I've been multiple times and every taco I've gotten has been great. I took one star off because the service last time wasn't as great as it normally is. They forgot to bring chips and salsa and the table was sticky.

The tacos were really good and they had a nice variety of beers on tap. However, bartender Brenden was terrible: said two words to us the whole time. Then when we pointed out that he had charged us for four beers when we drank two, he looked so annoyed that he had been called out on that. Also there was a general sense of chaos in there. One guy was waiting on a take out order when we arrived and was still standing there looking appalled when we left. Get it together, people...
