The staff went above and beyond DESPITE the fact that I messed up my online order. They were accommodating, prompt, and kind. In a world of complaints, my Tazikis experience was refreshing. You MUST try the food, but you should also treat yourself to a nice meal out where the staff makes you feel good about visiting. 10/10. Will come back. Highly recommend!

Polite staff but third party delivery service employees should NOT be preparing any part of a customer order. It's not sanitary or safe. Drinks should be sealed and not handled at all by delivery employees other than securing in their delivery bag. Delivery drivers are not paid to prep food.

Food is good when they get it right. Most of the employees including customer facing ones have ear buds in and seem more concerned with their music or phone call than listening and paying attention to you when placing your order. Aside from providing the impression that you’re inconveniencing them for being there with their cold demeanor and ear buds, they miss key details such as a modifications like no tomatoes or no cheese. While that may not seem like a big deal to them, many people have food allergies or strong preferences in how they like their food and isn’t unreasonable. I know FIRST HAND that the labor market in this industry is tough for employers right now, but this is just shameful in my opinion. Taziki’s is a great brand and concept, but this location does a poor job of representing it in my experience. The one in Tigertown seems to fair better.

Second time eating here. Solid choice. The portion sizes are on the large side and the food tastes great.

Called order in. Waited 20 minutes to go. Then they didn't have the order and we waited another 30 minutes to have them make it.
