We stop by Tcby and it was the perfect location, and perfect timing. Servers were friendly and helpful. We love what we each got. My child got the fruit punch swirl (dairy-free) and bobba. I got the mocha almond fudge which was so creamy and yummy. Hubby got a Reese’s peanut butter shivers, he enjoyed every bite of it. Nice atmosphere.

Just leaving a basic review as I stopped in here to enjoy a nice scoop of yogurt. I had the peanut butter chocolate and it was pretty delicious. I did think that the price for the scoop was a little pricey but I was in a splurging mood this day. Staff was a little less than friendly and didn’t seem very eager to serve. They were not unfriendly, just more of they had no desire to be there. The yogurt was good though.

I am rarely one to write a bad review or comment on other woman, but i’m deeply upset!
I am incredibly disappointed and upset with the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was met with unwelcoming stares and no greeting! Just cold, dismissive looks from three young women behind the counter. Not once did anyone acknowledge me with a simple “hello” or offer assistance. The entire experience was marked by rudeness and an obvious lack of professionalism. As a fellow young woman, I was genuinely shocked at the disrespectful treatment I received. It left me feeling incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome. I would not recommend this place based on the service alone. 0/10.

I love TCBY and come very often but the girls that work here are SO MEAN. If you ask for a sample they roll their eyes, they are rude when asking you what you want, if you ask for multiple toppings they roll their eyes at that too. Simply do not work somewhere if you are going to be rude to customers. I will never ever tip them when I come.

I frequent this tcby 3-4 times a month and have always enjoyed the yogurt. The workers, on the other hand are rude and inattentive. There have been multiple occasions in the last month where I came in and the door dinged and they stayed back in the (kitchen? Office?) talking for 5-10 minutes until I finally had to say “excuse me” I was very friendly when they came out and EVERY time they were rude like we were an annoyance/inconvenience and they rushed us with a “what do you want” McDonald’s attitude. Overall, I just wish service was better. especially when asking for a tip, you think they would find some sort of way to go above and beyond. (And this is coming from someone who depends on tips to make a living and usually tips generously.)
I love froyo but I don’t want to go here anymore :/

Always yummy. The new plastic waffle cone holders are terrible. The cone wiggles and slides which makes the yogurt slide. Please go back to the paper ones!!
