From the moment you walk in, it smells so delicious! The milkshakes are so good! Highly recommend the strawberry cheesecake milkshake, the little chunks of cheesecake are so good! And they are not stingy with the popcorn either! 10/10 highly recommend!

Excellent flavors! One of the best gourmet popcorn experiences however I will piggyback off of the last comment. I too am a person of color and I believe we may have gotten the same person when I had my first visit months ago. The gentleman was pretty much non verbal towards me although I tried to strike conversations and it made me feel awkward and my presence unwanted although there was no one in there but us. So I’m coming to the conclusion that is probably his personality and nothing personal towards any one type of person nonetheless I won’t down thumb the business for that because the popcorn was awesome and I will be returning back to Auburn for another visit.

So tonight I ordered a milkshake. The employee made it. Looked at the cup for almost a minute. Showed it to the other employee, shook his head. Then he retrieved a sample spoon and fished something from the top of the shake. Put the lid on it and called me over to hand it to me as finished. When I asked him what it was, he said, without hesitation, a bug. After I expressed some dissatisfaction with that answer he offered to make me another. I just left. As I was leaving he put the shake with the removed bug in the freezer. Just pay attention when they are making your shake. At least he considered it before he handed it to me and he was honest.

Very disappointed. I’ve loved this place for years, but after visiting today I’m appalled at how rude the workers and owner were. After picking on one of the workers, the owner then proceeded to laugh at me with another worker and ignore me after I said “Thank you”. I then said “Have a good day” and was continued to be laughed at and ignored.

I rate my experience a 3.5, I would say 3 but I’ll be nice. Soo I visited on the game of Auburn vs New Mexico. The town was booming and lively! Now I will note I am black and me and my sister got many “looks”. So any one of color: beware. Anyways, we got there and no one was in there. The place was empty. There was a guy.. I’m not sure if he ever seen black people before but he seemed shocked to see me and my sister. We got four items. We got three types of popcorn and an ice cream cone. “Birthday Cake”, “Carmel Popcorn”, and “Dill Pickle”. The flavor of ice cream was “Birthday Cake”. When we were telling the guy what we wanted he seemed to be slightly irritated that we kept ordering more. I wanted more items but we went with what we had. The total was $54.23. That’s not bad for gourmet popcorn. My rank is: Dill Pickles, Birthday Cake, Carmel Popcorn. I’ll be back but please I beg.. try not to be shock when you see more People of Color enter your establishment.

went on sunday feb. 18. the girl at the counter was very rude. when we asked about the flavors (which most were sold out) she just kinda looked at us like we were dumb, and was very short. we didn’t see a smile or get a thank you. i spent 15 dollars and every flavor we got was delicious. the popcorn is out of this world if you can get past the off putting customer service.
We rarely pass up an opportunity to go here as a family. The salty caramel truffle is my favorite, but they always have a very wide selection of ice creams and popcorns

If you’ve not been here, you’re missing out! I have been missing out and am so disappointed in myself but I am excited to have found out about The Auburn Popcorn Company! Their popcorn is delicious. They also offer ice cream and candies that brought about nostalgic memories. The owner assisted us and we enjoyed talking with him! We cannot wait for our next visit!

I have had some of the best ice cream here. I was walking in the area and was craving some ice cream and came here. The lady that scooped it and charged me was super kind! I loved the experience I had here! Overall, an amazing place to stop by walking over here.
