This was our first time but definitely not last. The food and service was outstanding. I ordered a meal that didnt meet my expectations. Our waitress took it back with no hesitation and the next order (filet mignon) was delicious. And excellent way to celebrate my 50th birthday

We had a great time with my wife and friends. Erin E was our server and she was wonderful. I had the snapper and is was great. My wife had the pork chop it was a little overcooked. The Depot has a nice atmosphere and staff is friendly. Would have been nice to have the cobia dish that we had heard about.

We absolutely love The Depot! The oysters are unbelievably fresh and flavorful, the blue crab dip is out of this world, and the burger? Pure mouthwatering perfection. Every dish we’ve had has been incredible.
The service is always top-notch—our waitress was amazing (we were lucky enough to have her the last two times we visited!), and the staff went above and beyond to make my husband’s birthday and our anniversary feel so special.
Hands down, The Depot is our favorite place to eat in Auburn. Can’t recommend it enough!

I splurged and asked for scallops 🤫 to be added to my purple Shrimp&Grits. My addition (scallops), cost but was well worth it. Excellent food! The Gentleman Jack w/rocks 🥃 was smooth. Give The Depot a go... 🇺🇲🤫✅

I’m usually a tough critic, and I can always find something wrong. Not this time, from the moment we pulled in the young gentleman running valet was helpful and pleasant and the bar where we waited for our reservation time greeted us with a warm welcome and top notch drinks. My wife who can never seem to find a drink she enjoys loved the citrus blossom so much she snuck a picture of the menu so she can try to replicate it at home. Once we were seated our server, Thomas, was well informed and was an expert walking us through the menu. We had the blue grab dip to start, which was fantastic. For entrees my wife had the tilefish and I had shrimp and grits. The entrees were great, but if you leave this place without ordering the banana’s foster for dessert then that is just criminal. I spend a lot of time traveling for work and I eat at a lot of very nice places, and The Depot can go toe-to-toe with absolutely anywhere. One of the coolest things was the atmosphere and the train that still periodically runs the tracks right beside the restaurant. My only regret is we found this place 3 weeks before moving out of the area. The best place to dine in the Auburn or Columbus area!!
Service was excellent! And the food was absolutely delicious! I had the spicy blue crab dip for an appetizer, the Alabama Summer for the entree, and the bread pudding for dessert. The Alabama Summer was perfectly cooked Cobia, accompanied by other delicious tastes! Highly recommend!

I have never ordered a dirty martini without olives. When we asked the manager he informed us it would be $4 extra for an olive??? Also was told no substitutions for our son’s side item on his ny strip. For 3 of us it was $211.00. I am ok with spending that amount with a higher quality restaurant. That is definitely not this place.
