The food was amazing had smoked wings and bulgogi tots. Al the waiter was very knowledgeable about the food but was a little busy and not very attentive to our table.
Great drink selection, loved the food variety and the flavors were excellent. Service was great! Will definitely recommend!
Arrived and was taken aback bc we were standing there and the blonde hair girl literally looked over me and my daughter. Another lady came in after us and she checked her in before us. I held my composure bc that was not right. Overall our server Rini was a sweet knowledgeable server. The food was great especially the bread pudding. The bacon however was burnt. I will return but in hopes that we aren't overlooked.
Great atmosphere and service. Food was delicious. Highly recommend the Shrimp and Grits.
Disappointed by the Hostess – Great Food, Poor First Impression. The restaurant should have a much friendly person welcoming their guests for the first time.
We were really looking forward to trying this restaurant, but unfortunately, our experience started on a sour note. When we first arrived, we were turned away by the hostess for not having a reservation—even though the dining room was half empty and we could see numerous available tables listed online. It felt dismissive and unnecessary.
Out of fairness, we made a reservation online immediately and came back just 30 minutes later. Same hostess, same nearly empty dining room, and she forced us to break up into two parties, (one party of 5 and one party of 2). The reservation we had was for six but she refused to allow us to pull up a chair so we could all sit together, despite there being room.
It was my mom's 50th birthday and we couldn't even sit with her. Once we got seated and got some food, there was a hair in my girlfriends salad. I also ordered a medium bison burger without mushrooms and it came out well done with mushrooms. The server was very nice and friendly and comped us for salad and gave us free dessert because of the hair in the salad. Despite this, the food was still good and the server was very nice as well. My biggest complaint is the hostess being rude and also not being accommodating whatsoever.
It’s frustrating to be turned away under false pretenses, especially when it seems like a matter of arbitrary gatekeeping. We might return for the food, but we’ll be hoping for a more welcoming front-of-house experience next time.
Fantastic place tucked away
Absolute best food ever!!! Great experience. Best Bacon and Bourban around! Totally worth every penny! The food is to die for ❤️❤️❤️
Daniel made our anniversary so much fun! We had a great time and our food was fantastic!
We love The Hound! It’s our go to brunch spot most weekends . We enjoy sitting at the bar with Hensley and Erica. They are the absolute best! The Redneck Benedict is my favorite and is perfect with a mimosa or two.
Terrible burger! Packed full of salt!

My wife and brother joined me for brunch. It took me 2 tries to finish a Farmers Omelette. It had so much meat and cheese. They will configure it the way you want it. The server was sweet as pie! (Lori was her name). She gave me enough coffee to support a 3rd world nation! It was really a great experience!

Don't miss it. Slightly above straight casual dining but not what I would consider "fine dining". The meatloaf and rib eye are fantastic. Also the fried green beans were a pleasant surprise. Wait staff was great and the manager also stopped by to chat and see how we liked our food. All in all a wonderful dining experience in Auburn.

Just dined here and we got the Bison Burger and Big Nasty chicken sandwich with a side of fries.
The bison burger was cooked to perfection and topped with mushrooms. The mushrooms added a depth of flavor which complemented the bison meat.
The big nasty was sensational! It was topped with an egg, house made bacon and their famous pepper jelly. The pepper jelly was very flavorful and had such a distinct flavor which complemented the entire sandwich toppings.
The fries were perfect! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Chefs kiss to go with your meals and will never go wrong.
The service was outstanding. Our waitress was very present but not over bearing. Also extremely nice staff from when you walk thru the door to when you leave.
Will definitely be coming back here next I travel to this area. If you find yourself in the area. The Hound is a must go to for some excellent food and atmosphere

A tad bit pricey for what you get. We ordered from the "brunch" menu. The service was excellent. I had biscuits and gravy. First time I ever had to use a knife to cut a biscuit. The wife had the French toast fruit.
