I drove 25mins to get food and a smoothie. Once I arrived they told me they were out of chicken and someone was headed to get some from another location. The young man informed me the young lady was headed back but didn't want me to wait 20mins. So I order a smoothie and headed out. Once I left the young lady had pulled into the parking lot so it went back in looking to order my food. Once I did, the young man proceeded to take my order. The young lady then came up and said no this chicken is for a catering order and that I couldn't order.

I am very upset. I picked up my online order and drove all the way home just to see that they never gave me my chips as my side and I paid for extra chipotle mayo, and they did not give me my extra mayo because what is this?! No one is answering the phone and they really messed up my day because I was looking forward to eating my sandwich with extra chipotle sauce and chips, But I have neither with barely any chipotle mayo and no chips. There’s no reason you should mess up my order when y’all aren’t even busy.

I’ve always loved tropical smoothie and I live only a short walk away from this location. We got our food after about 15 minutes of being there which was fine, however the employees couldn’t have cared less about us. The girl who took our order was kind, but we didn’t see her again after she took our order. After getting our food, I had gone back up to ask for some napkins as the holder was empty. 3 employees were 5 feet away from me in the back, only one seemed to be working, the other two just chatting. They had looked back at me several times, making eye contact, not saying anything, just ignoring me. Eventually, another employee came from the back and asked them if I had been helped. They once again all turned around, made blank eye contact with me as I smiled at them and didn’t move. The girl from the back eventually gave me some napkins after standing up there and waiting for over 5 minutes while the employees just stared at me like I was crazy. Our food was good and well made, we ate, and got up to leave. When we approached the 2 different exits, there was an employee in each of the doorways just standing there. We had to squeeze our way past them after them once again just staring at us and doing nothing. Ive worked in fast food for over 2 years, and there’s absolutely no reason to treat customers, or even people like this off the job.We had been polite this entire time and even tipped. They were so incredibly rude.

I usually am very satisfied with this place, however I doordashed from there this morning and received my breakfast wrap with no bacon, very disappointing, but to top it off, my dasher was told it didn't come with a drink which it clearly did from my receipt.

Got there at 9:10 and not open even though they open at 9:00. Had to wait outside for several minutes before she came and unlocked the door. It was very dirty. Floors hadn’t been swept. Tables had food on them from the day before.
