I went around 7 pm to get a smoothie and apparently after waiting for at least 5 min at the register even made eye contact with two employees not even a word said to me at least tell hold on for sec plus I was the only customer inside build I’ll take my business else where from now

Usually cream to this place, but not tonight. Basically had to hold the workers at gunpoint to get my chicken pesto. Saw me and didn’t serve me for another 10 minutes.Vegetarian options: I don’t know meat

I usually am very satisfied with this place, however I doordashed from there this morning and received my breakfast wrap with no bacon, very disappointing, but to top it off, my dasher was told it didn't come with a drink which it clearly did from my receipt.

Got there at 9:10 and not open even though they open at 9:00. Had to wait outside for several minutes before she came and unlocked the door. It was very dirty. Floors hadn’t been swept. Tables had food on them from the day before.

The first time I came to this tropical cafe my smoothies were served wrong so I gave them back and they still messed it up so I was like ok it's ok, but I came more and more frequently and they still had messed it up I don't know if it's because I am a different race or because they just don't like to work right.

Drove all the way over there to get the flip flop day free smoothie and they stopped before the advertised time and said they were out. But it seemed like she just didn't feel like making them. Don't falsely advertise

I don’t normally write reviews, but I had an abysmal customer service experience today. I can’t do turbinado and I ordered the Island Green smoothie. I forgot to ask for the Detox Island Green, which is on me, but I went back in to fix my error. The worker had her headphones in and refused to acknowledge me, and once she did, she looked me up and down and snatched the cup from my hand when I asked for a different smoothie. When I got handed the smoothie back, it was the same smoothie in a larger cup, just watered down. I can still taste the turbinado. I’d be willing to pay for the right order because I misspoke, but this experience has turned me off from Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I just wanted a smoothie I could enjoy, but that was too much work for the person on duty I guess.

Horrible service, not in uniform.Poorly made smoothies.Lights turned off with 2 hours left of time open. Openly rude to our faces. Fire those people immediately, never going there again.

I am not impressed with this place. I ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap with side of maple sweet potatoes. The wrap had maybe 6small pieces of chicken, soggy lettuce what there was of it, and it was drowning in sauce. The potatoes were not edible! The staff was just hanging out and not friendly. I will not be back here

Every time I come to this Tropical Smoothie I am completely unimpressed. This time in particular, I ordered on the app and came in to pick it up. When I walked in all of the staff was sitting ON or standing around the counter just relaxing and talking. I had to go around one of them sitting on the counter to grab my food. I even got a dirty look from one of the employees like I did something wrong when all I did was spend $25 on my bad food and pick it up. I noticed when I grabbed my Lean Machine smoothie that it felt lighter than normal and saw that the top inch of the cup was empty and mostly liquid. Any other Tropical Smoothie I've ever been to fills it until it's coming out of the cut out of the lid for the straw. My smoothie also tasted bland and like sugar water. I was also never given a straw, but thankfully I had one from Chick-fil-A to use for it when I got home. When I got home (5 minutes away) I started eating my chicken pesto flatbread I noticed there was no tomato on it like it has on the menu. I later got to my Santa Fe chicken quesadilla that I ordered with NO onions or peppers and it was full of them and tasted very bland. I had also ordered the Harvest Cheddar Sun Chips for both meals and instead I got baked lays that I already know I don't like (which is why I got the Sun Chips). Due to the horrible past experiences with this location, I haven't been in almost a year, but I felt like giving them another try and clearly it was a mistake that won't happen again.

Hire new staff. Girl with the braids, not in uniform, was extremely rude. Made my smoothie with banana when I requested no banana. You can clearly taste banana lol. Tried to hand it back to me stating she didn’t put it in there. Like no. She the proceeded to loudly speak bad on me in the back. Is this the type of customer service y’all allow? Remade it without any of the enhancers i paid for & with sugar when i requested none. Never returning.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS DAY WAS AWFUL! Whoever was working this Saturday needs to be fired. As well as the manager. We waited over an hour for our online order. Had 20 customers waiting to speak to one of them for an update on their order but we were all ignored. I asked them politely to turn the music down and they turned it up louder. My father knows contacts to corporate that will be contacted by the end of the day. This is nothing like the Birmingham locations. He told us they would not be making anymore orders and that he did not know how to request for a refund, after an hour of waiting. Train your management and workers better.
