I purchased the meal of the day and a chicken sandwich kids meal.The meal of the day was hamburger steak and gravy with mac and cheese a fried Okra. It's delicious just wish the had mushrooms instead of onions. The kids meal is a great size and the fries were slightly seasoned. Staff was extremely nice and food was hot and served timely. Dessert was a chocolate pie. Prices are great for the food and service. Tomorrow's chicken dressing. Will definitely continue patronizing.
Fried Catfish, Fried okra and Mac and cheese was unbeatable. The best I’ve ever had and reminded me of my grandpas fried catfish. Was my number 1 comfort food while I was in Auburn and will be missed very much. Staff was always so nice and will definitely be stopping by when I visit. I used to live off of Veggies To Go and it's still just as good as I remember. Great place to get a meat and two or three Veggies. Three stars for not having working air conditioning in this heat.
