The slowest service of any fast food restaurant I’ve EVER been to. 20 minutes after ordering finally got 3 tenders and fries, fast food should be FAST

Staff was rushing me food cold and they had just opened up. I was headed to work and it was in route. I will never stop again. Customer service poor. Server was not friendly and not a people person. I was not rude and very polite and said thank you she said nothing. I had a death this morning so if I can be nice it cost nothing. People should really think about how they treat customers we spend our hard earned money amd expect nice service not a miracle.

I went through drive thru and placed my order. As I was preparing to pay for my order my debit card was fraudulently being used and my bank blocked my card. The manager on duty with I smile gave me my order and told me it was on him and to continue to have a blessed day. On this day 05/13/2025 @ approximately 4:25pm, him and his team turnt my whole day around. To him and his crew I would like to say thank you so much for putting that silver lining in my cloud, I really appreciate you all’s hospitality.

Walked in at 7:20pm. Myself, my brother and another gentleman were in line. ZERO acknowledgment from the employees. They all looked at us, turned away, and continued to laugh and play around. Not only was it unwelcoming, it was absolutely rude. I take accountability for continuing to try to give this location a chance!

Placed an online order for delivery. Missing entire items (x4) from order. I also received items I didn't order. Receipt attached to the bag matches my original order. They just throw what they want in a bag and seal it up. I could possibly understand one mistake, but to screw an order up this badly indicates incompetence of the employees and management thereof.

Apple pecan salad wrong dressing no pecans no Bleu cheese crumbles you guys suck.
Just Ordered 2 burgers that was raw. Took it to the front and the cook has the nerve to say it's just a little pink. I wish I took pictures. The women's bathroom smelled like Marijuana.

I go to this location rarely because customer service hasn’t been its strong point. The one on Hilton Garden drive is a lot better. A common theme I’ve noticed when at this location is that they can and will rush you while ordering. I am an indecisive orderer so naturally, I’m gonna need a minute, and I don’t see what’s the problem for me to take 20-30 seconds when there was literally no other cars behind me. When I got to the drive thru window I wanted to scan my Wendy’s rewards app for points. The first worker at the window saw my QR code and immediately turned around and said under her breath “I’m not doing that” and closed the window on me and got another actually nice worker to come do it for her and process my payment. As a fast food worker myself, I understand needing coworkers help sometimes but it’s the way she acted that rubbed me the wrong way. A simple “hold on, let me grab somebody to scan that code for you, I don’t do it often” would’ve completely satisfied me. Oh and quick tip, only use Apple Pay or Google Pay here. I’ve experienced a “mystery transaction” here in the past using my physical Cash App card and disputed it with Cash App and never got that refund. Since then, I’ve only used Apple Pay here. Only reason I’ve kept going here is that it’s close to my house but until either new management or employees are hired, I think not.
