I like Wendy's more than other fast food in general, but I've noticed that their food has almost no flavor anymore. Unless you buy spicy something it's like they don't even put salt, pepper in food anymore.

I order 1 Large Frosty, I checked my receipt I paid for 2, but I got 1 frosty. It was a young guy that checked me out. I guess he pocket the rest of the money. The name on the cashier: Magen, Host: LAcosha store #3099. I do not appreciate it I work hard my money.

Like a lot of fast food chains, the drive thru person talked fast and was very matter of fact, not engaging or, seemingly, in a good mood.
The nuggets and sauce were good, as was the natural lemonade, but the burgers were more like mayonnaise sandwiches with some beef added.

I spent 45 dollars on four meals, everybody’s meal was right and cooked to perfection. Everybody but the person spending money. I ordered the baconator because I had a helleva day only to receive a what da hell! Worst Wendy’s experience yet! Called to tell them I was coming back and I guess they took the phone off the hook. Oh well want be returning there for a while 😒

Lemonade not prepared correctly. went inside to have it fixed but cashier claimed otherwise and refused. Probably won't be back to this location 😕

Insides smell like old mop water. Ordered two chocolate chip cookies, but they only had one already baked. There was no offer to bake more at 8:30pm and the store closes at 1am.

10-30-24 I went to Wendy's around 9:15 pm and there was a tall dark-skin female that was supposed to be a manager!! She had a VERY NASTY ATTITUDE AT THE DRIVE THRU FOR NO REASON!! She kept slamming the window in my face after asking me ABOUT GIVING ME THE WRONG ORDER!! My hands was all in the bag and I ate a fry. I didn't realize I had the wrong order until she gave me drinks. I had already eaten one french fry which was hot. She snatched the order back and sent it to the car in front of me!! SHE WASN'T SUPPOSED TO DO THAT? SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE THRASH IT, LIKE HER ATTITUDE NEEDING THRASHING. OUR ORDER WAS WRONG TWICE!! If she spend less time disrespecting the customer and more time doing her job with a positive attitude it would be a great start!! HOW IN THE HELL DID SHE BECOME A MANAGER!! IS THIS WHAT IT HAS COME DOWN TO??!! HOW RIDICULOUS!! When I asked for her name, I guess she heard it and came outside to yell something!! WENDY'S, YOU GOTTA DO BETTER!! I CAN SPEND MY MONEY AT MUCH BETTER PLACES WITH MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!! So, a shout-out to the young lady that tried to smooth things over and provided great customer service!!

Typical Wendy's doesn't have anything special or unique was remodeled fairly recently as of 2024 also fairly clean.
But staff can occasionally be a little slow on the uptake. And the forget to give you your receipt sometimes, if you just need a burger, it's perfectly serviceable.

Normally love this Wendy’s but tonight the service was poor. We asked for two separate orders and the cashier just flat out said “I’m only gonna take one order, no one else is taking orders tonight.” We asked again but she still didn’t separate the orders. When we got to the window there were 4 people standing around and they didn’t include napkins or straws either.

I’ve worked in restaurants for years, I get everyone has a bad day but it’s not an excuse to be like that to customers.
