The place was filthy trash all over the place a stink bug on the wall the staff was very unwelcoming tbh I would not recommend eating at this Wendy's there was hardly no drinks in the machine no ketchup in the dispensary and the food was dry

I came through Tuesday night, Shianne made the experience great and we had zero issues with our order. I didn’t have to wait on food, she made it quick and was very responsive on any requests I had.

Store is closed and drive through is super slow. . . Seen 4 workers outside the store . . . Cars wrapped around the building, and doors to the inside are locked 10/26/24
The store was closed at 9pm on a Friday night 10-25-24 while all the employees was inside sitting down. They would not answer the drive through and the doors was locked! I took pictures and in one of them you can see that the employees is sitting down riding the clock. The Wendy’s on college street in Auburn,al.. I seen 8 cars at the drive through and no one answered and just like me they drove off.. Closed an hour before time

I went to Wendy's for dinner and got me a Dave's double meal with a coke. My fries was cold and my burger was cold, flavorless and nasty. I just had my gallbladder removed and that meal had me sick all night long. And if you request that it be freshly cooked they gets a attitude. I'm sick of paying my money for cold and lukewarm food. I won't be back for a while. A long time.

i don’t even want to leave a star, pulled up to the location on s. college st. and mind you it was about 6:30 so just now, google says they are open until 10. was told they are closed and through the drive thru window could see a gentleman not wearing his work shirt it was on his shoulder and all he had on was his under shirt. i feel this is very unsanitary and highly unprofessional. would love to speak to a manager on the inconvenience.
