I tried to go through the drive through a little before 6pm on 12-13-23. No one answered so after 5 minutes and a drive through line backing up around 2 full sides of the building I decided to go in as surely there is just a problem with the speaker.As I walk in there were no less than 8 employees goofing off. Not one of them acknowledged the 5 people who just walked in even though we were right in front of them for at least 2 minutes. Then it was only to say it was shift change and to giggle amonst each other like a bunch of stoned teenagers. Sad part is half of them weren't even teenagers. I'm assuming atleast one was supposed to be a manager.There was one person we could see making hamburgers in the back. Granted she had no gloves on as she put some poor persons hamburger together.They had absolutely no shame and didn't care that we all walked back out the door while they continued joking.

Stay away! Seriously, I sat in the drive-thru for twenty minutes, waiting to order. If my son had not begged me to get it. I would have driven off within the first ten minutes. Ridiculous. Plus, employees were out in their cars talking and playing.

I went to the South College Street location for a bowl of Chilli and a small fry. The fries were good and fresh. However, my bowl of Chilli seemed to be thrown together. Some of the beans were too firm, as if someone just added them to the cup to make it seem full. Needless to say, after two spoons of this, I poured it out. I won't purchase it from this store again. All they had to say is that they were out of it, or had to cook more. Poor customer service on this day!!!

I attempted to dine in on Nov 1st (2023) to grab a quick dinner with my family. Attempted being the appropriate word. We were turned away by what appeared to be a full staff at 6:30pm because they stated they were understaffed, although there were at least 3 employees not doing anything other than laughing at one another and playing on their phones. Never have I ever been to a fast food restaurant at prime dinner time to be told I had to use the drive through if I wanted to be served. It's not the first time I've had terrible service at this location either. If I was the franchise owner, I'd be thoroughly irate with the staff/managers for turning people away the way they did. I know I'll never return to that location!
